Partiamo dal presupposto che io odio il gusto delle proteine in polvere, queste sono assurde. Le ho provate subito con solo dell’acqua e con l’aiuto del frustino elettrico si sono sciolte alla perfezione. Gusto e odore davvero buono. Dentro c’è già lo scoop/misurino

Hanno un sapore molto dolce,le ho diluite con acqua ed il sapore è stato molto intenso tanto che mi ha fatto sentire piena fino all' ora di pranzo....

Proteine che assumo per i miei esercizi e cardio, si sciolgono benissimo ! Le ho provate al cioccolato, gustose e soft, ora cioccolato/caramello queste ultime sono più golose, ma ci sta'. Le adoro. Good training!
