I am updating since my previous review. Here is the previous review:There are no words for what I have gone through with this printer. From day one it was service call, after service call, after service call. You can not talk to them until 9 pm and then if you can it takes a while for a response. 4 months after purchasing I am sitting with a dead printer. Will not print, will not do anything. Said it was the motherboard, got a new one, same issue. Then when I reached out to tech support I was told it was the capping station and they would send ones but I would have to pay $59 for shipping. Seriously? 4 months of owning this and I have to pay for things. Stay away from this. I am still trying to figure out what is going on. I am still waiting for an answer. Again… do not get this printer. I wasted more ink and film that I even care to imagine.Update:Well.. almost 2 months later and nothing has changed. The printer is still dead. I have had to pay for parts to be sent and they did nothing. I am now at the point where I am barely getting a response. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The printer is still dead. It is actually worse than what it was before. I am getting nowhere and keep getting the same video over and over to “do this”.There are no words that I can say except for DON’T BUY THIS PRINTER. The worst part is… Amazon isn’t backing me up on this because they only give 30 days and the manufacturer won’t replace or refund. I am $2700 out with nothing to show for it. I don’t want you in the same place as me…Please be aware that if you buy any products on Amazon like this, you will get no support after 30 days. No assistance whatsoever getting this resolved. A Box Store would never allow this to happen. It makes me question buying things on Amazon.

I have had nothing but issues with this dtf printer if that is what you want to call it. From the software dongle not wanting to work properly. To customer support taking forever to respond to you. To customer support trying to sale you parts for a printer that is not work trying to fix. Comes to you with issues and problems! Highly advise you to run away from this issue/ coded riddled machine. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS SPEND YOUR MONEY ON AN BETTER DTF PRINTER THIS IS NOT IT! The printer will not even cut on anymore. Even when doing scheduled cleaning and making sure to keep ink full and everything. when I first got the printer from turning it on said the ink pad needed to be replaced and reset. When reaching out to customer service they wanted to remotely solve the issue instead of walking me through the process in which It should not have needed to have the ink pad reset or replaced upon receiving it. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRICK YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!
