Contaminated
The media could not be loaded. 1. Bricks are full of small sparkly particles and larger pieces of something that looks like either stone, salt or glass. It’s definitely not suitable for your pets bioactive setup.2. Bricks arrived in a box without proper sealing or extra packaging. As a result soil was spilling over the carpet all the way from the entrance door to the room.3. Some of the bricks arrived broken.4. Seller wants you to pay for return postageIf it’s too cheap to be good you get what you pay for.

Seems safe for pants.
The briquettes came in a stack wrapped with black cling film which was had been damaged in transit. The blocks inside were not wrapped, and smelled strongly of diesel. I reconstituted one in my shed and the odour dissipated after a few days. I tested it with some bean seeds and they germinated without any problems. I’ve since used the blocks to mix compost but I would hesitate to use this as a substrate for animals. There was a fair bit of non-coir fibrous material like grass in the mix and it was contaminated with small fragments of plastic film.

Convenient and simple to use.
These are amazing. Being disabled, I'm unable to lift heavy bags of compost so these are ideal. I use an old washing up bowl and pour about 2 litres of warm water over one brick and leave it for an hour or so and it makes enough compost to fill the bowl to the brim. Peat-free so environmentally friendly. Excellent value for money.

Great value product
These brickets are excellent quality and when combined with topsoil, sand, vermiculite etc, I can make just about any style of compost I require. The brickets are easy to store until needed and easy to reconstitute and, I no longer have bags of compost cluttering up the shed giving me much needed space.

Extremely cost effective, no frills dehydrated coir that rehydrate wonderfully.
Its nit easy to buy coir bricks in uk. Quite expensive but these came vacuumed in a black bin bag. Initially I was horrified but I needn't have been. Just like peat but coir compressed and perfect to store, rehydrate and use. I will definitely buy more from them. Very reasonable
