I've seen conflicting information, do you need to use the Bubble Jet Rinse with this product or not?

I do not think an additional rinse is needed. I have just used the bubble jet to soak the fabric in before printing.

Do I use the Bubble Jet Set before or after I print on the fabric?

You use the bubble jet set before you print. The bubble jet rinse is used after fabric has been printed on. That's in the orange bottle.

How soon after you make sheets do you need to print on them?

As soon as they are completely dry

When taking fabric out of solution do you remove excess liquid excess

Once I remove the fabric I allow it to naturally dry on a towel. I pour the excess solution back into the bottle for reuse. I hope this answered your question :)
