Using this in conjunction with T Gel and Nizoral it’s sorted out dryness, itchiness, dandruff and flaking. Excellent value and prefer this over E-Fourty Five.

A n excellent moisturiser that genuinely helps with dry or irritated skin. It absorbs well without leaving a greasy residue and works brilliantly on elbows, knees, and hands. It’s also very gentle, so it’s suitable for sensitive skin. The packaging could be improved though, as the pump can clog slightly if not used regularly. Still, it’s an effective, reliable cream that does what it claims

I have very bad dry skin on my face, I have no idea what causes it, I honestly should go to the doctors to figure out what it actually is, I have never been one to get dry skin but in the last few years its just come out of no where and it hurts a lot, its very bumpy so if i try to put make up on foundation just clumps into it and it quite frankly looks disgusting, it also ends up looking like my eyebrows have dandruff, its not an attractive look at all, this completely clears it up though, sadly I moved house recently and lost the 2 tiny 50g bottles I previously had of this meaning i spent a good month not using it and in that time my skin went WILD on the flare up, touching my forehead felt like stoking a bearded dragon! I ordered this on prime for next day delivery because I couldn't handle waiting until I found my other bottles anymore (which i still haven't found to this day) and the first 2 days I will admit it hurt like a bitch to put on my skin but within a week me face had completely cleared up, my skin is soft, smooth and dry skin free, I have not found another cream that can do this, and this fast and relatively pain free, I was recommended e45 before this and it was like pouring acid on my face. This is a skin saver, and now my nightly routine, I love it stupid amounts and I honestly lizard face without it. will also add some before and afters to show the difference, now excuse the shiny forehead in the after photo as I had just put the cream on (putting it on made me realise I should really do a positive review for it) and as you can see mainly in the eyebrow area that it really has improved the sore dry red spots are gone and the flaking skin, although can't see much flaky skin due to me being an awful picker, which probably doesn't help with the whole redness, but I mean, you try putting on your eyebrows with bits of dry skin hanging off them, it aint easy ;) either way 10/10 will probably be buying the rest of my life!

WOOO! This stuff is amazing. My son and daughter get eczema in the winter months & this cleared it within 2 days. Ny son is only 8 months and his eczema started to spread, I bought a little cream for babies from a company I seen on Facebook although it worked it was a small 50g bottle at £15 😳 when it was delivered it was half full and was gone in 7 days I needed to find something that worked for him that was costing that amount. So I got a small tube of this Epaderm it calmed his skin in a day so reordered the 500g pump as much cheaper. Since I’ve given birth the skin on my hand have been awful with eczema and they are very very dry cracking, bleeding sore painful and very itchy for the last 8 months ive been back and to the doctors about 8 different steroid creams, double base creams etc and NOTHING has helped or worked, I’ve spent over £100 on different cream for my hands, working hands cream, I’ve tired beef tallow, raw coconut oil, and loads more with no kind of result, yet this stuff has worked magic it’s only been 4 days and my hands haven’t cracked and they are so much better it may take longer to work for me but I have high hopes

Dat deze crème fantastisch is voor een hele droge huid. Geen enkele creme komt hier in de buurt van. Niet twijfelen kopen!

This cream soothes and protects all skin types. It was recommended by a family physician. We use it for our grandchildren and ourselves. I no longer use expensive cosmetic moisturizers on my face, as this cream is far superior. Great for a body lotion, to remove makeup, to relieve dry skin. Highly recommended.

It smells kind of like medicine but it absorbs well if you don't put a ton and it made my skin smoother than anything else except shea butter and that doesn't absorb well 🙄
