I’ve been taking creatine for years, and my biggest hang-up has always been powders. Even the “good” ones don’t dissolve well, or if they do, you have to drink them immediately or they settle at the bottom, which makes it feel like you have to chug it. I’m someone who sips on a 40 oz water bottle all day, so that’s always been a mental barrier for me. These gummies completely solved that problem. They do have a very slight gritty texture on the outside from the coating (almost like a sour gummy), but it’s honestly not a downside, just something to note. The convenience more than makes up for it. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, no mixing, no timing stress, just easy and consistent. As a dietitian, I’m very particular about supplements and only use products that are NSF certified and third-party tested, and this one checks all the boxes. On top of that, the flavors are genuinely good. I’m really impressed with this product and will absolutely keep it in my daily routine.

I’ve been taking these creatine gummies for a few weeks now & love them! They’re super convenient & taste amazing. Instead of mixing powder into a drink every day, I can just grab a couple gummies and go. In terms of performance, I’ve noticed better endurance during harder workouts & improved recovery. 4/5 ⭐️ effectiveness 0/5 ⭐️ taste I have been taking these gummies as directed (3 daily) for 10 days now and have noticed a great difference in building lean muscle. For reference I am a 27yo woman, roughly 5’4 140lbs with noodles for arms. Since taking these and lifting regularly I have seen noticeable difference in my body and have felt an increase in energy and less pain the following day. I have not noticed any increase in bloating directly related to taking these. Because of this difference, I have been putting up with the awful taste of these gummies. I’m not sure where the blue raspberry flavor came from on the label but this tastes like I’m chewing on a tire. Mind you, I cannot put all three in my mouth at the same time (size of gummy is around a nickel) so I’m chewing on each of these tire gummies separately and they like to stick in my teeth. Not to be dramatic but I physically have to do the chew without breathing super fast method or I’ll start gagging. The flavor does go away quickly if you wash it down with water but I have to physically pick gummy pieces out of my teeth in the process.

I've been eating Create gummies for several months now and decided to try this flavor when my usual preference (Watermelon) was out of stock. The flavor is fine, but I encountered the same inconsistency of quality that I've seen with the Watermelon and Sour Apple flavors. I've probably purchased 5 canisters of thes gummies at this point, and 3 of them have been unpleasantly dry and hard, compared to the other two, which were softer and juicier. Sadly, this was one of the less good ones. Really wish I knew what caused this variability, because when they are good they are quite good.

Too early to review effectiveness, I’ve only taken them twice. But I want to share the texture and taste. First, each gummy is HUGE. They do not have the texture/consistency of gummies, so don’t expect that. The texture is like over-chewed gum with sand in it. The sand remains in your teeth. It’s hard to face two more gummies after getting through the first one. I bought the blue ones and the taste is odd, bordering on nasty. It is chemical tasting - not easy to keep going. These are expensive so I will keep going for the month to see if the results are worth the unpleasant texture and taste. Shipping was great!

BEST GUMMIES EVER!! Usually when Ive tried creatine gummies in the past they have been a little giddy or hard to swallow. This taste so good and don’t have that sand paper texture to them that I have had in the past. New favorite supplement that I'm actually looking forward to taking in the morning and they don't leave me feeling bloated! Would definitely recommend to all my gym friends or anyone looking to stay consistent with creatine. One of the best brain supplements and muscle support!

An incredibly convenient way to add a supplement to your normal routine. Having a supplement in gummy form made it VERY easy to grab while I am constantly on the go between kids activities and work. I wouldn’t be taking creatine if it wasn’t for the gummy form. The taste was great; I loved the blue raspberry flavor. I noticed no stomach discomfort when taking.

Love these! Honestly the best gummies Ive tried to far. Only 4/5 stars because they do leave the slightest aftertaste but nothing major! Taste just like blue raspberry which if my fav! I also just went on vacation and could easily package them in my vitamin kit which is a huge plus for me because i don’t ever have room to pack my giant powder. 10/10 would recommend!
