large enough to see, vivid clours, has a remote
I have my weight bench and stuff in the garage.. I don't have a clock out there because you know..you get in the "time mood"....aw man it's 8 o'clock I have to go in ect.... so I would workout to songs.. I would play the stereo and count songs then when I counted 8 or 9 songs I would be done...however commercials and song lengths were inconsistent... and using my phone as a countdown time didn't work...could not hear with radio on...so I bought this timer and I use it as a countdown timer...I mounted this above the door, plugged it in, and used the remote to set to countdown the edit and set to 75 minutes...it has a 10 second countdown the begins the countdown...the time to count down or up is determined by you..the colurs are nice and vivid... this comes with an adaptor to plug in to standard house plug...and it has a usb so you can run it off usb power bank. you would thing 1 1/2 inch is small but it isn't..it's about the size of 3 keyboard keys high..and when timer is done it beeps.....also shows all zeros when timer is done. I use this everyday now since March..5 months and it works perfect for my needs.I have not looked further in to other functions...but it can be programed for interval training times.....and much more....

Great programmable gym timer clock
The media could not be loaded. This gym timer is the perfect size for my bedroom gym. Its the perfect size for our area and the features are easy to navigate and all the options are great for all of us.It has a very bright display that you can easily see. The built in programs for Tabatha make it easy to use and the sound is loud enough to hear over the workout music being played.Love this new timer and makes a great addition to my gym. Awesome clock highly recommend, I do my intervals workout with no issues.s

Easy to read, but a little small
we bought this for my wrestling gym, and its very helpful. its bright, easy to read, but it was a hair smaller than i expected and setting it is a little less than easy.But once i got the muscle memory down for it it was quite easy to use and super useful.

Keeps me on pace with my strength training!
I love the timer features of this clock. I program my strength training routines with rest intervals. It really keeps me honest and moving. I don't get distracted by picking up a phone a manage time (or check social media). The time this has saved me by making my workouts more efficient is well worth the price tag.

Good for a few months
The timer is great and easy to use. However, a few of the leds have become dim after 5 months use, and it doesn’t look very good. I would not recommend this to a friend.

it's ok
Although I like having a remote to start/stop this clock, the clock settings are not as easy to figure out as one might expect. I would not buy this one again.

Lights out already
I have had this timer for about eight months now and already some of the lights have gone out on some of the numbers. Kind of annoying that I did not even get a full year out of it.
