Perfect for air travel. They stay cold for about 12 hours. Just a tip: TSA will let these pass easily if you have medicine in the container. If you are traveling with them and don’t have vials inside they will take away the frozen gel .

This is an excellent thermal cooler particularly for medications that need to be kept refrigerated. Kept my diabetic pen at 5° C after 48 hours! I know it would keep it quite a bit longer than that. Excellent product.

It works great. I usually travel 3-4days per week for work. I didn’t have to worry about putting in a freezer. It stayed rock solid for days.

I bought this before my Kevzara injection arrived not realizing I was getting a syringe rather than a pen. The plunger makes it impossible to fit the freezer pack and the syringe in the cooler together.

This is a decent, affordable medicine cooling solution.I ordered the champagne gold color. It seems to have pink tones to my eyes.It's a nice-ish stainless steel thermos. The base is plastic, so over time (if you're me) that part will wear down or crack and the insulating vacuum will be lost. It is not dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand wash only.It comes with a freezer gel bottle that you prefreeze and then insert into the bottle. The instructions warn you to evenly distribute the gel in the bottle before freezing, otherwise the frozen gel will expand the bottle enough that you won't be able to fit it into the thermos. I thought I did a good enough job before freezing it, but even still it almost didn't fit. So just keep this is mind before freezing your bottle, I guess.I tested this by cooling the gel bottle in freezer overnight, maybe 12 hours. After, I loaded up the thermos with the cooled bottle plus thermometer and let it sit on counter top indoors overnight. When loading the thermos, the thermometer read 28°F. The indoor temperature is 72°F. After 15 hours or so (next day), the thermometer read 40°F.A second bottle with gel would be nice. This would allow you to use one frozen gel bottle while the other is chilling.This seems like a decent deal for $25.
