They are not exaggerating, when they say charcoal magic on the label of the product. This product literally combines everything I need and want in a soap and makes me feel magically clean, nourished and invigorated.I have been hearing about the versatility of castile soap as well as the health benefits of charcoal added to soaps and I started trying and sampling some products. I always somehow end-up feeling dry after using soaps on my skin, but I also really wanted to get away from products with huge amounts of chemicals. I want to detox and not accumulate more toxins. Upon recommendation, I was directed to the new products from Bali Secrets and I feel like I finally found my favorite product!!It has just the right consistency, makes my skin feel completely nourished and quenched and the smell!! It reminds me of my trips to Bali and the spas I used go to. Now I feel like I have a little piece of Bali at home every time I shower, wash my face or hands.I try to buy as consciously as possible, for my own health as well as the production of the product itself. The producers seem to put in a lot of love and effort in their product and you can definitely feel that. I am definitely going to try the rest of their products. While I absolutely love the soap, this is the second bottle that I have received with a faulty pump. This bottle was received with an already broken pump making dispensing very difficult. I can't continue to purchase this product if they don't fix the design problems with the pump.

I bought this to use in a humid climate where I sweat a lot. I was looking for a facial cleanser that would help keep my skin clean and clear without drying it out, because typically with other soaps I'd get well-cleansed skin, but it would be tight and dry and then back to oily within an hour.This soap is better than I had hoped or expected. It's honestly the only facial soap I've ever used that both deeply cleanses my skin and leaves it feeling moisturized (without the need for an additional moisturizer). I can only guess the combination of the essential oils + the charcoal (which acts as a very gentle but effective exfoliant) + no chemicals, is the magic formula.If you have sensitive or oily skin and are looking for an exfoliant that's gentle but very effective, I'd highly recommend giving this a go. Also, if you are looking for something to use after sweating (e.g. yoga, working out, etc.) this may be your new best friend because it gets all that sweat off - and leaves your skin smelling amazing.Thanks Bali Secrets. I’ve been using the Bali Secrets deodorant for about 3 years now and love it. I was looking for a new soap and hoped that Bali had one and they did. I ordered and had it arrive quickly as is usual with Bali.The soap is fantastic. It makes you feel very clean. The fragrance reminds me of sandal wood. I stay nicely moisturized all day without any oily or greasy feeling. I just love it. Highly recommended

Burns your eyes VERY badly. Be careful!! It felt like bleach was in my eyes. But the wash itself is nice.

For the most part, I'm not one to get excited over soap brands. However, in recent years I've become a fan of charcoal soaps, as I feel they clean deeper than other soaps. I like this product because there's no filming feeling on you after using it and no particular smell to beware of. I will definitely purchase it again.

I had a feeling Bali Secrets wouldn’t disappoint with this new product! I am loving this deluxe soap blend in my shower! Scent is lovely, feels incredible and gets the job done with the safe ingredients I search for! I also really like the “don’t eat”sayings on the labels! Super cute!***Edit*** just wanted to add that the pump is terrible that’s on the bottle. Just doesn’t wanna give product out. A pain to use. Otherwise, I still love this black soap! Maybe switch packaging to a simple flip top instead of pump?

Worked fine but seemed like it was less concentrated than other brands. I wanted Castile soap plus charcoal and I think next time I will just the charcoal myself. Also the pump broke half way through.
