I can only assume that the negative reviewer did not use the product correctly as it worked fine for me. I used it in a 2.5ltr tub of Dulux. I mixed the paint thoroughly before adding any product - when I say mixed I mean I used a large spoon to get right to the bottom of the tin to do the job properly. Added 25ml of the AdPaint product, mixed again. Then added the final 25ml and thoroughly mixed again for a few minutes. The paint neither curdled nor thickened. Used paint without any issue. So I am very happy with the product.

Definitely would not recommend this product because it causes the paint to go stiff making it unusable 5L paint in the bin
