Improves sleep with a couple downsides
This product is awesome but it absolutely drops my HRV consistently by 10-20%. It will keep you mostly asleep, but at a cost. It’s doing something to your heart. What, who knows. It does not diminish my rem or deep sleep interestingly.

INELIGIBLE RETURN. WHY??? Does NOTHING for sleep.
AMAZON SAYS INELIGIBLE RETURN. WHY?? Bought this product, this brand previously, but hadn't used it yet. Inspired by reported benefits, we ordered again. After finishing previous bottle, we found no benefit whatsoever for sleep. New order arrived yesterday. We want to return it unopened, yet Amazon says it can't be returned. (UNOPENED??). We want to know why. Doesn't Amazon have a guaranteed return policy? The listing for this product says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it being ineligible for return.
