Pyunkang Yul PKY Ultimate Calming Solution Cream for Sensitive Skin with Patented Ingredients, Moisturizer Intensely Calms & Soothes Redness with Cica & Tea Tree, Korean Skincare (1.01 Fl. Oz, 30ml)

I'd been using the Calming Moisture Repair cream and balm for years now, but lately the cream hasn't been quite moisturizing enough, while the balm is too thick and leaves me feeling greasy. The Calming Solution Cream here manages to fall smack in the middle between those two, with a less thick consistency than the balm, but a little heavier than the cream, and while a little goes a long way, once it settles on my skin there's no leftover greasy sensation. Now, for how it actually treats my skin. As noted, it falls right between the Calming Repair cream and balm for heaviness, but also for moisture. It leaves my skin feeling soft and well hydrated without any oily or greasy film/residue lingering on the surface of my skin once it's tapped in and dried down. And I do mean it makes my skin feel SOFT. Really enjoying that. I have combo skin with dryness in my t-zone and prone to breakouts on my cheeks, chin, and between the brows, but this takes good care of my skin regardless of area, it's truly calming and has helped keep my skin clearer, too. This really might be my replacement for the Calming Repair line from now on. I will say there is one thing that gave me pause when I opened the box: the smell. Soon as you take the lid off the jar, the smell hits you like a hammer to the forehead. I'm REALLY smell sensitive (can cause migraines), especially to anything perfume-y or particularly strong, and I was immediately disappointed and frustrated. However, I dabbed a little test on my wrist to see how it wore, and the moisture was good, but the smell seemed to linger, though much fainter than the smell in the jar. It was mild enough I decided to try it on my face anyways, and honestly? The smell disappears in minutes when applied to my face. It's got a really punchy tea tree oil type of smell, very herbal, but if you're worried that's going to bother you or give you a headache, give it a go anyways and have maybe 5 minutes of patience and it'll be incredibly faint. Within 10 minutes, you probably won't smell it at all. I do wish it came in a larger size option, but this one does "a little goes a long away" enough that I expect to use it up more slowly than the Repair cream, though more quickly than the balm. It seems to run cheaper than the Repair line, too, and that's always a plus. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and honestly I'm pretty pleased.

It smells like a spa day! It's an absolute game changer for red spots left by acne! My skin instantly feels calmer once I apply it and it only takes a few minutes to reduce redness. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't cause any irritation and even gets rid of irritation caused by other products. It dries without leaving any oily feeling or residue on the skin. It doesn't pill even when layered over other products. It works okay for dry, red, flaky skin around the eyes, but I find I have to use another moisturizer about 5-10 minutes later to get lasting hydration.

Purchased for the first time during recent Prime Days. I had to come on here & say, "WOW". It was $5.99 for 30ml & I thought well, it's cheap & I want to try for a tiny spot of Rosacea. Here's the kicker. Before I used on the spot, I tried it on the crook of my arms. Within a week & a half, the crepey skin was gone. I keep looking for it because I'm thinking it can't be that easy! I've tried at least 3 types of lotion( 1 recommended by a dermatologist- AmLactin; PU) to combat that area, to no avail. So now I use it on my arms, which were having the beginning of crepeyness. I expect the same results😊 By the way, the Rosacea is no longer an issue 👍🏻 At the 7.99 price it's worth every penny -despite the jar size. Stocking up for the Winter ahead. LIight texture, light tea tree scent, which dissipates in a few minutes & moisturizing- not greasy. Don't hesitate to purchase!

Excellent for sensitive skin. Instantly helped with redness and hydration. Feels light putting it on and absorbs quickly, no feeling residue. It has a scent, but is pleasant and light, and it disappears quickly. Subtracted one star because it comes in only size and it is small. Little goes a long way and yes, you need little, but it's annoying. I got Pyunkang Yul PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Cream first, which is also excellent for sensitive skin, but now i will now use it at night as it's not as light in comparison. Reminds me Clinique's Moisture Surge line, which might feel similar, but theirs is not good for truly sensitive skin. I recommend it for overly sensitive, oily skin with redness due to past sun damage and or acne.

I have combination sensitive skin and this is the best for irritation and redness. It helps with itching hives too! I've been trying a lot of creams and serums but whenever an allergic reaction appears, I immediately grab this and it settles my skin within 20 minutes. No other product included aloe, tea tree or cica gives my skin faster relief. The serum is nice too but this cream is better. As a standalone cream, I think it needs a bit more hydration. The directions even say to pair with a barrier cream but I'm allergic to most barrier creams so I use my regular FAB on top of this. It's a lightweight gel like texture that glides onto the skin so you actually don't need much to apply. Adding too much product can also lead to pilling so beware. The only downside imo is the smell of herbal medicine but luckily it's not overpowering and easy to get used to. Wish it came in a bigger size too

I bought this because of all of the reviews claiming it's amazing for dry skin. It is a small container and the moisturizer is thin and almost watery. In my opinion, it works like any other regular old moisturizer, nothing special. The only difference in those and this is that this one smells like the tea tree oil it contains. I had such high hopes for this moisturizer and I am just disappointed.

Une crème extraordinaire pour ma peau mixte et sensible : texture légère mais bien hydratante, absorption rapide, parfum léger d'arnica très agréable, effet peau "rebondie" au bout de 15mn. Bonne base de maquillage sans effet gras. Apaisé bien les rougeurs sur le visage avec un effet frais. Pour les peaux plus sèches, je recommanderai d'y ajouter 1 ou 2 gouttes d'huile (avocat, jojoba, amande douce, coco...) pour une plus grande hydratation.

Ich bin zwar schon Ü40, aber ich neige sehr zu Unreinheiten und Pickelchen. Ich habe jahrelang die Akne-Pflege von LaRoche Posay benutzt, da ich sie als Einziges vertragen hatte. Diese hat auch ihren Job gemacht, aber die Haut ist sehr ausgetrocknet. Nun bin ich als Korea-Fan auf die Marke Pyunkang Yul gestoßen und bin begeistert! Ich vertrage alle Produkte sehr gut (habe Serum, Creme, Reinigung, Augencreme, Peeling). Erst hatte ich Bedenken, dass meine unreine Haut wieder aufflammt -das Gegenteil war aber der Fall. Ich habe fast keine Unreinheiten mehr. Die Poren sind kleiner und Rötungen und Narben von früheren Pickeln sind fast nicht mehr zu sehen. Die Haut ist optimal versorgt, ohne zu glänzen.

Desilusionado, compré esta crema, por una recomendación de una compañera y por no esperar el tiempo que tarda YS, pero al hacer el desempaquetado me dice que el producto está incompleto que le hace falta más del 50% del producto, revisando reviews en Internet efectivamente el producto debe estar lleno sin embargo me falta 2/3 del producto. Adicional viene mal etiquetado revisando comentarios de compradores angloparlantes confirman muy seguido esto, pareciendo un problema específico dé este producto. Ya recibí el reemplazo, y efectivamente el nuevo si viene lleno, tras probarlo quedé nuevamente decepcionado, por la cantidad de producto y precio uno esperaría fuera mejor que Calming Moisture Nourishing Cream de la misma marca, pero esta último tiene más producto hidrata mucho mas mejor, se esparce mejor y ayuda mejor para una piel grasa con tendencia acneica en mi caso

This is a lovely moisturiser! I was pleased that it feels good on the skin with a glowy finish but it does not feel overly thick like some other Korean skincare I've tried, which I think is much more suited to my aging oily/acne prone skin and my acne prone teenage son's skin. The smell is subtle (I can't even remember it, so that shows you how subtle the scent is). The jar is tiny though - I wish it was bigger but we only use a small amount and it works quite well so I would still recommend it.
