Amazing knife set
A pair of fantastic knifes. One perfect for slicing my brisket and other smoked meats and the other is perfect for all the trimming. I’ll certainly be buying more Cutluxe knifes

Excellent cutting blade
I bought this as a gift for my son in law who is making bbqing his way of cooking. The knife sliced through the meat effortlessly comfortable to use.

Twin knife set
Just taken receipt of the knife set which, although yet to be used, look very good. However it was disappointing to discover that unlike the single slicing 30cm knife which includes a protective sheath, there is no such sheath provided for either of the knives in the combined set. A poor omission

Slicing knife has large dink
I hardly find this acceptable for a brand new knife at this price point, 2 noticeably large dings shown in the photo above and other smaller ones lower down the blade. Its a shame as the boning knife is spotless
