About this item
The Magnesium supplement from Vivanta Nutrition. Each bottle contains 365 Magnesium tablets providing 200mg of Magnesium (from 667mg of Magnesium Citrate) each. These tablets provide up to a full year's supply!
Each tablet provides 667mg of Magnesium Citrate which provides the body with 200mg of Magnesium per tablet.
Our Magnesium tablets are suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue; Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function; Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
This product is manufactured at a facility in the UK which is BRC Food Certificated and GMP-Certified.
I started these tablets 3 days ago for horrendous restless leg syndrome. I take 2 a day. I can honestly say they work. I'm waiting for my legs to twitch while watching tv but so far so good. The back of my knees are itching to let loose but so far not had to move or stretch them out. Early days but delighted. More rested in morning also. Fingers crossed.

Good price for 365 tablets of 200mg magnesium citrate. Magnesium citrate is the more easily absorbed magnesium compared to magnesium sulphate. Packaged well in dark bottles. Made in the UK. Suitable for vegetarians. Long best before date - 2020. Recommend

i take one of these daily at night and notice a great improvement in sleep quality. Also my restless legs have eased greatly.
