I love this! This is the first kit I have bought when I have started baking and it's everything you need. The Banneton has a linen liner, which is easy to remove and clean, and the bamboo part is sturdy, with no loose splinters. The dough scoring tool is easy to put together, even though it looks a little scary, and it's so great that it comes with spare blades. Great value for money!

Honestly, like others have said the chemical smell from the basket was really not good. I did wash it before use and then I saw somewhere that putting it in a warm oven (with the oven switched off) would help and it really did ! The rest of the items were of good quality

I purchased this as I wanted to get into sourdough making. I found most of the kits were really pricey with not everything included. This kit came well packaged with everything I need. The quality of the items I feel is to a high standard and it works well. My dough has never stuck to the liner and it had made baking sourdough bread a dream! So easy to use!

Great starter kit for making sourdough, competitively priced. Basket and linen is good quality. Would make a lovely gift as nicely packaged. This brand was recommended to me and I would recommend for a beginner.

very nice looking bread basket and baking bits. parts are metal, plastic and wood (or whetever rattan is but like a type of wood) which makes it look and feel very nice. comes with many parts that will help when you are baking different style breads on your own. so why i gave 3 star then?because, i cant see "stainless steel" on description so not sure how it will prevent rust on metal bits. if the seller can provide that detail i can update my comment but for now i can't suggest.

It’s great, I can’t fault it. I’m fairly new to bread making but I found the basket light and easy to use. Makes a nice pattern on bread. The scorer is a must have. So much better than a knife. The scrapers come in handy too. It’s well made. Seems good quality.

Tolles Set, um seine ersten Sauerteigerfahrungen zu sammeln. Das Messer kommt sogar mit Ersatzklingen und Schutz. Die Schürze ist aus gutem Material und wirkt nicht billig. Gute Qualität, würde ich erneut kaufen.

I have just received it and I can tell you from A to Z the material is heavy duty not temu quality. I find it worthy the price and the quality. Maybe you look for more things like a brush to clean the wood or the tools liked the iron cast silicone bread mat but you can buy them alone in general I love it and recommend it.

Great quality, came in a nice box, It's a perfect kit for starting your sourdough advanture! the banneton is well made, big enough to hold my 800g loaf, the liner is very nice and study, easy to clean. The lame is sharp to make the score~ i am super happy with this purchase~
