Will this product work in Taiwan? I want to lock down and secure my home with now working from home more.

Hello Andrew, Thank you for you inquiry. As for the functionality and the security and support services bundled on it, yes, it will work in Taiwan. However, their are three aspects to consider... 1) Power adapter is set up for the U.S. and they do not provide any converters in the box for other countries. 2) If you order from us, we only sell U.S. Authorized SonicWall products. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to register the product and activate the bundled services from Taiwan. That is something you will need to contact SonicWall about to verify. 3) The Advanced Hardware replacement portion of the SonicWall Support package included. If you have an issue down the road where SonicWall needs to RMA the unit you purchased and provide you a replacement unit, then they cannot guarantee you will receive the replacement unit in 1-2 business days. That is only for U.S. based locations. IF Taiwan uses a different power adapter than we use in the U.S. for SonicWall, we highly suggest that you find an Authorized SonicWall reseller for your area and order from them. That way you can be more assured that you will have the correct power adapter for Taiwan. If you use the same type power adapter as we would in the U.S. then it should be okay to use in Taiwan. Will it work in Canada?

Hello Rodrigo J., Yes, this particular SkU 01-SSC-0514 will work in Canada. Only the Wireless SKUs must use a Canada specific SKU and we are not authorized to sell those particular SKUs. Please note, if you order from E-ITstore, we are located in the U.S. If we are shipping to a Canadian address, due to Customs and other factors when shipping internationally, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Is this the appliance plus 1yr total secure?

Yes.But if you have an older SonicWALL firewall or competitive brand firewall you would like to upgrade from you can get for basically the same price 01-SSC-0504 which is the TZ 400 with 2 yrs Security Suite (aka TotalSecure).
