Does the intended job
I mistakenly ordered the wrong style inner tube, which meant a gap in the wheel rim when I replaced a broken inner tube. This does the job of filling that gap, so I'm happy with the product.

Does what it needs
Bought Presta tubes by mistake, this grommet was more convenient than having to send tubes back and reorder Schrader tubes. Has been on my front wheel for over a year now with no issues. One downside is price considering how little tubes actually cost, surely just buy the correct tubes for your rims!

Cheap and effective
Works well once its inserted ( a little bit fiddly) into rim and you need to remove any rim tape first.

Ultimately, this is just a simple, rubber grommet, for which consumers are being conned into paying over £2 each! Yes, that’s right, despite the picture, there’s only 1 grommet in a pack. Do yourself a favour and buy a pack of 100 various sized grommets (including loads of these), from Halfords. Outrageous.
