So pleased with the quality and versatility of this set! And at such a ridiculously low price! My honest Physical Therapist whispered "Buy them on Amazon" rather than purchasing from the PT practice at many times the price. The bands and all the accessories--foam handles, carabiners, door anchor, ankle straps--are sturdy. If I had only one wish, it would be for a second door anchor so there'd be less switching-out, but that would be greedy! Thank you for this terrific product, speedy delivery, and excellent price!

In my twenties (35 years ago) I was a bodybuilder then gave up the weight training in favor of cardio sports. Recently I've been wanting to get back into the resistance training but without going all in on the weights/gym experience. This kit is great. Sturdily put together and the resistance of the bands is consistent. I can get a good workout with the core exercises, squats, deadlifts, presses, curls etc, but they also give the flexibility to do stuff that is more niche. For example, there are particular twisting movements that I want to train for my golf swing that I would struggle to do with a regular weights set up, which are very easy to produce with these bands. A total resistance of 200lb is enough for me at the moment but if I want to go heavier I'll buy another set. To use these most effectively you do need a good anchor and I would suggest setting up a few sturdy anchor points in the garage or basement. At just over 20 bucks this is a bargain.

I can carry these wherever I go - very compact. So far, they are durable and have great resistance. Perfect for what I needed and a great price. I would buy again.

I bought my daughter one of these kits a few years ago, but she lost it. Her birthday was in mid February and she had weight loss surgery in late October 2025. She expressed interest in exercising at home, so I got this one. It even comes with multiple level “booty bands” that are specifically increases thigh and rear end muscles. Very affordable, very functional, easy to store in its little vinyl bag (and takes up very little space) which makes extremely portable, with multiple levers of resistance from beginner to advanced just about anyplace you choose to work out. If there’s a door, you can work out!! The bands are strong and provide amazing g tension for an at home exercise kit in a small little bag!!

The bands themselves are good, but I was missing a handle. I had ordered and not opened it til recently due to recovering from my surgery. So, I was left ordering from another brand to ensure I got more handles

This is exactly what I was looking for. Everything comes in a nice small bag to keep it all together and organized (if you don't have a designated place to leave them out and ready). They are quick and easy to set up. Great for quick workout or longer sessions. I have used these for awhile and love them. The only thing that would make these better is some padding for the ankle straps but if you don't tighten them up too much they are easily tolerable. These probably won't bulk you up but if you just want to move and exercise and tone up your body then these will be perfect. So glad I bought these. Worth every penny.
