Excellent service and excellent product

I am a big fan of the enamel dishes and roasting tins. This is a new addition and a very useful one too. Not only does it cook well it basted itself and saves your oven cleaning time. Win, win. Highly recommend.

accurate to the dimensions given but is a little smaller than I imagined it would be 🙄. This said it makes the perfect size loaf, for which this roaster was bought. I first purchased the 26cm round roasting tin for my bread making after it was recommended, that worked so well for round loafs, I thought I’d try this on my oval loafs. The only problem I had was that the oval proving bannerton doesn’t fit inside it so is a little tricker to transfer, other than that it’s fantastic. The photos are the results from the round and the oval Falcon roasters. I would highly recommend these for bread making.

I saw someone use an enamel roaster as a cloche for baking sourdough and was sceptical. I had always used cast iron previously. I was wrong. This worked a treat and it was a fraction of the price. Also doubles as a chicken roaster, of course, though I haven't used it for that. So good I bought two.

Good old fashioned bakimg dish with lid, ito avoid those spalishes that dirty your oven. Good solid baking tin. Does the job perfectly.

This is a 1.8 kg chicken in the 26 cm roaster- if you want to roast potatoes and veggies in the same tin you'll need the bigger size. The lid is self basting and keeps the bird really juicy. Recommended.

Been using one of these for years but my old one was past its best, treated myself to this new one and very pleased with it. Easy to clean, solid made well and definitely recommend… great value for money.

As it happens I was looking for a 26cm diameter round Dutch oven for baking sourdough bread. Since I couldn’t find one I decided that I’d make do with an oval one - and guess what? I got sent a round one and not an oval one as stated in the description. So I’m very pleased! You may not be though if you specifically want an oval one!
