This is the best travel blanket I have come across, I fly international often and and hate using the airline blankets provided, they are too small and just don't keep me warm enough. This travel blanket is amazing it feels so soft and luxurious and is the perfect size for me. I'm only 5 foot 2 but it covers my whole body, actually when I stand up it rests on the floor so keeps my feet nice and warm. It has a great pocket in the front where you can place your items like reading glasses, kindle reader etc. saves you having to keep putting them back in your bag. I've previously purchased other travel blankets that have carry pouches but they have always been on the smaller side and the pouch is always a separate piece . I love how this one folds up so easily to return to the pouch which is part of the blanket. Great visual instructions provided on how to fold and put back in pouch comes with the blanket. Oh and the best bit about this blanket is that it doesn't fall off your shoulders unlike other travel blankets I have used. It has a hole to put your head through like a poncho. If you don't have space in your carry-on for a blanket you can attach it to the outside of your bag or trolley handle. Definitely five stars from me, an item I would recommend to family and friends.

This fleece blanket is machine washable and has a multiude of uses: as a pillow, a blanket or as lumbar support and it fits neatly into its own (attached) carry case. On first impression this product looks bulky, as folded into a pillow the dimensions are: L 36cm (14") x H 30cm (12") x D 8cm (3"). However, the handy addition of a clip makes it easy to attach to your luggage/hand luggage/backpack. This has two benefits: 1) it doesn't have to take up valuable space inside your hand luggage and 2) it is quick and easy to remove when you need it. It weighs in at approximately 145g (5oz) so is reasonably lightweight and will not impact upon your weight allowance (especially if you attach it to your handbag), but if weight is a problem then simply slip it on before you board and the problem is solved. The poncho design is inspired- not only does it allow you to keep your hands free at all times, it also prevents the blanket from sliding off while you sleep. It has a useful (zipped) pocket to keep mobile devices/kindle etc. inside while you sleep.The fabric itself is supersoft, cosy and warm and feels luxurious. This is an important aspect as if, like me, you are travelling economy class on long-haul flights you will know that air conditioned cabins can be very cold at times, and who doesn't want a bit of luxury in economy class? Furthermore, if you have a long wait between flights you can just find a seat somewhere, slip your poncho on and have a quick nap with no fear of your blanket slipping off or someone else removing it. If you do want to pack it away, however, then follow the simple instructions included and you should have no problems whatsoever. I have not, so far used this as a pillow as I have a Trtl pillow (which I also recommend). To be honest, I have so far found nothing to dislike about this product, although I do think they could introduce a few more colour options as it is only available in navy, black or grey. Good value for money. Good length and warmth if you struggle with cold temperatures during long haul flights. You also have your shoulders covered, which is not that easy with regular blankets. I've used the case to also keep other travel essentials, such as the eye mask and a neck pillow during the flight. The only downside is the fabric of the case, which is not very pleasant.

What a fantastic item but not used as intended for travelling ,but bought as a gift for my best friend who has cerebral palsy , to keep him warm in his wheelchair. He has no use of his arms to ‘pull’ traditional blankets up , and if they fall off , he has no speech either to ‘ask ‘ someone to help if a blanket slips .Therefore with the ‘Travel poncho ‘ it fits over his head, (so no chance of slipping off .) It’s so light weight, cosy and warm. A little bit of luxury!It tucks around him in his wheelchair and when not in use it can be packed away into a ‘travel bag.’ He uses it nearly EVERYDAY !He ( and his Mum) we’re delighted with the gift , so much so , I have just purchased another one for him in the grey. (previously I bought blue)Many of his friends who are also wheelchair users kept asking him where he had got his original one ....they wanted one too! Wait until they see him after I’ve given him this new one !All in all ... I have purchased 4 of these . All for family or friends with disabilities. (Unfortunately not for the luxury of travelling on planes! )However, this is how it is advertised. Perhaps the seller could take note and advertise the use for disability too ? ( on Amazon and packaging?)Thankyou to the seller . i hate being cold on planes and this blanket was THE BEST! i actually want to post about this on my facebook to tell people what a great travel blanket this is! i loved it for the following reasons:the slit in the blanket allows you to put your head through it so that it goes over your shoulders and when you're slepping it doesn't slide off of you like airplane blankets do. once it's on you you can use the pouch to put your ipad or book, headphones, passports etc into the pouch so you don't lose them under your seat , your items are secure!i loved the size of it, enough to get you all tucked in on either side and long enough so that your whole body is covered. it's super light weight but yet plush and cosy at the same time! it's easy to fold up and put back into a pillow and you can use it as a pillow. While travelling i not only used it as a pillow and also tucked a few items into the pouch that i needed to quickly tuck away before getting off a train. love this product! i'm not one to do product reviews but i had to for this one!!
