Easy to install, comfortable to wear and the extra weight from the batter pack helps balance weight of the headset in the front. It also adds quite a bit of extra play time. And it offers pass through charging for the headset when charging the battery pack.

More comfortable than the stock Y-strap and adds a good 2 hours of gameplay to my MQ3. It does take a while to charge, as it's charging both the strap battery AND the internal MQ3 battery, but once charged, I get 3-4 hours with the MQ3 without issue. You will need to charge it up before your first use, and you'll know it is fully charged when you hit the button on the strap battery and it illuminates green (by then your MQ3 battery LED should already be green). In the software, when you hover over the battery percentage remaining, it tells you how much is left in both the strap battery and the internal battery, so you'll always know. It also seems to drain the strap battery first, then it will draw from the internal battery, which is nice. Recommended purchase!

It's been nice to have the extra battery for longer game play time. It's comfortable and fits charges when I set my headset on the charger. I'm very happy with this purchase and will buy it again if/when I get another headset.

Works pretty well and the additional weight doesn't bother me, but the device often doesn't accurately report the battery level in it. It seems to still provide a lot of juice so this isn't a major issue, but it is annoying.

It’s a 5 star product that I want to give a 1 star review on simply because it should just come with the headset. Seriously! Without this battery strap the Meta Quest battery life is a joke. Without this battery strap the entire headset is off balance and completely uncomfortable to wear for even the short battery life without it! This battery strap at least triples play time, balances the headset, and is simply more comfortable than the original or “comfort” strap. It really is a great strap, and a must have. But, Meta… you suck for not including it. Cheap skates

When you try to charge the battery, the status LED lights up for 30 seconds, and then goes off. The battery does not charge at all. For something so expensive and so simple, this is downright ridiculous. Apparently this is a very common issue - do a quick search and you will find out about this. Until the issue is fixed, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
