I've been searching for a reliably good, dramatically volumizing mascara every since my absolute go-to for like 20 years, L'oreal Voluminous w/curved brush, suddenly changed to a "new formula" and became awful. This Lash Princess False Lash Effect is surprisingly good, not to mention stunningly inexpensive. It's buildable and coats well without much clumping. I usually apply a few coats and maybe comb out a little bit with an eyelash comb, but only in a spot or two. Stays on all day. Doesn't smear or flake. Removes easily with a micellar makeup remover wipe. No complaints.

Love this mascara for the price. The only issue is it can get clumpy if you apply multiple layers. I usually have to use another brush to separate my lashes. Does add length and volume

Now, let’s talk about waterproofing—because this is important. This mascara is not waterproof at all. It comes off easily with warm water, which I actually appreciate for everyday wear because removal is quick and gentle. That said, if you sweat, cry, or tear up, it will run. So this is not the mascara to wear to the gym or during emotional moments. For daily use, work, errands, or casual outings, this mascara is perfect. It makes your lashes look incredible with minimal effort. I’ll absolutely switch to a waterproof option when needed, but for everyday wear, this one is a winner. Bottom line: amazing results, zero clumping, easy application, easy removal. Just don’t expect it to be waterproof. If that works for your lifestyle, this mascara is a must-have.

Great product. I don’t like to spend more than a few minutes on my makeup but this product makes it look like I really put in the effort! I’ve even been asked if I had my lashes done at the salon. The mascara doesn’t clump or dry out in the tube and it makes your lashes look a lot longer. Brush works well and doesn’t clump up either. One application looks long and natural, two gives a more dramatic effect. I’m a repeat purchaser of this item!

I have grown to prefer brown over black mascara - it definitely looks more natural. This is a decent formula, I really like the wand. My preference is to add more mascara on the outer corners so it creates a cat eye appearance, I skip the lashes in the inner corner of my eyes especially with this one because it can clump. I don’t find it that it extends my lashes but it can also be my method of application - I don’t curl my lashes and I don’t go heavy at the root. The brown helps me to look awake and put together without being dark and obvious. There’s no fall out so I appreciate that.

Good first, then one complaint. I LOVE the hue of this brown mascara. It's a true brown that's dark enough for contrast but not so dark it's basically black. It lengthens and builds well. The spool brush is strangely long but I think it makes it easier to manipulate sometimes, so unexpected but good. HOWEVER, if you sweat, cry, or honestly wear for more than 4 hours it is going to smudge. If you are ok checking in and touching up throughout your day, I highly recommend you try it, but if you are going for full day wear, no second thought, you may run into some issues here.

Bellissimo mascara: già con una sola applicazione le ciglia appaiono visibilmente più lunghe. Il colore viola è presente, ma non eccessivo, lasciando dunque un effetto che risulta naturale ed elegante, seppur con un colore originale. Suggerisco di utilizzare prima il primer della stessa linea per una resa ancora migliore.
