Daily Staple
I’ve been having some challenges with my electrolytes and need to drink one of these per day. I love this flavor - I hope that they end up making this in the powder form so that it’s not quite expensive. I like that the calorie count is only 15 and that there is zero sugar added.

Tasty Hydration
A real thirst quencher! Replaces critical electrolytes on a hot day of after a strenuous workout (think mowing the grass in 90 degree heat). Pleasant taste, but a little salty due to high sodium content. A little pricy but costs less than buying at big box or convenient store. Overall, very pleased.

Helpful for electrolyte/sodium intake
I have POTS/dysautonomia, and prefer sweet snacks over salty, so these have been very helpful with increasing my electrolytes/sodium intake. A lot of other options out there have tons of sugar, so I was super excited that there was a zero sugar option! They can taste slightly salty at first, but I love all the flavors they have! I hope they will make zero-sugar powdered packets, as those are definitely more cost effective.

Sweetened with Stevia! I have one every day to keep from being dehydrated and going to the hospital. Unfortunately, they are very hard to find in stores and usually on the top shelf, mostly out of reach.
