Very Herby But Good
If you want something heavily herb flavored and quick this is it. I think everyone alive has had "Chicken" Stove Top. It's good for what it is, a cheap quick stuffing fix that can work as a side by itself. My wife has always used the Chicken Stove Top when making a particular chicken dish. It's the best tasting and easiest home-style chicken dish you will find. It's baked chicken and Stove Top. Sounds too simple to be good, but it truly is. The first step is to just make the stuffing per the box and set aside to cool a little. Take a 13 x 9 glass baking dish (so you can see when it's done). Fill the pan with one layer of chicken skinless bone-in chicken thighs. A rectangular grocery store "family pack" is usually the perfect amount. Then, just add the Stove Top in around. Cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees until you can see it's bubbling (a little over an hour). That's it. The stuffing absorbs the excess liquid from the chicken and enhances it. It doesn't get too soggy either. If you want it less moist you can leave it uncovered the last 5 or 10 minutes. We don't, after it rests uncovered it's just about right. The chicken gets super tender since it bakes in a blanket of moisture, and it's a home run every time. You can use any stuffing, but Stove Top works great since it's fully seasoned and one box is perfect for this recipe.

Better than my mother-in-law's (don't tell her)!
Listen, I know "boxed stuffing" is supposed to be a side dish, but in this house, it’s a lifestyle. My wife and I bought this for a quick dinner and ended up eating the entire pot standing over the stove like we haven't been fed in a week. The savory herb flavor is legit! It smells exactly like Christmas morning at my grandma’s house in 1996. It’s so easy to make that I’m pretty sure even my dog could do it, and it tastes better than the "from scratch" versions that take four hours to chop celery for. If you want your kitchen to smell like a holiday miracle in about 5 minutes, just buy it. We’re already on our third box this month. No regrets.

Fast potato alternative.
Thanksgiving anytime. Great value. Quality. Great texture if you don’t overstir after it’s done. Quick so a great alternate carb on your plate. I buy this herb one and instead of water I use broth. Beef as well as chicken.

Shrinkflation !!
Not only shrunk but less stuffing only for one or 2 people but won’t last as long as the turkey remains. The taste used to be the best but they’re cutting cost and jacking up the prices while at the same time they took some of the main spices for Thanksgiving. Stuffing are no longer included so it’s like you’re getting a bunch of cubes of dried hard bread and it’s lacking seasoning so it’s not tasting good. It taste more like cardboard. I tried to doctor it up and it’s just not the same. It’s not the same product anymore. Probably the store brand is more tasty than this. Where did the taste go? How can you sell stuffing without the key spices that are needed that give a nice special flavor to the Thanksgiving meal and some people after Thanksgiving is over and they’re making sandwiches then some people throw some stuffing on it and a little bit of cranberry sauce because the stuffing tasted so good and then the cranberry sauce it’s just that’s a perfect sandwich with a really good quality wheat bread or multi grain. It’s too bad but they have gone backwards. It was a great product, but I’m not gonna buy it next time and then of course you get a bag full of air and just about a couple of inches of these cubes of hard bread they’re not even cubes they’re just particles of so buyer beware!
