i am using this from last two months. i feel really energetic and active during day . it has 100℅ value vitamin b12 and also good value other B vitamin like biotin & Folate. it is tasteless .so i would recommend this for everyone to fullfill your vit. B deficiency

Didn’t Work for Me – Not Ideal for B12 Gains
I tried the BioClinical Plant-Based B Complex supplement (Vitamin B1, B2, B12), but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any significant improvement. Despite regular use, it didn’t seem to support my B12 levels effectively. 🌱 Plant-Based Limitation: If you're genuinely looking to improve your Vitamin B12 levels, plant-based supplements may not be the most reliable option. B12 is typically better absorbed from animal-based or fortified sources. I’d recommend exploring other clinically proven alternatives. 💬 Verdict: While the idea of a plant-based B complex is appealing, it didn’t deliver results in my case. Might work for general B vitamins, but for serious B12 support, look elsewhere.

This is the first time I ordered this tablets, smells like fruits, confirm this product is genuine vegan, this what I expected. And vitamin B2 is per serving is 1.2mg, which is the product I searched for, thanks I found truu HIMALAYAS.
