Good motors, no problems
Tried these out with an Arduino and a motor shield. I'm planning on building some custom vehicles with them for simple home tasks. This is a popular design with a lot of documentation. Wide range of input voltage which you can control with PWM and a motor shield.

Great budget RC/project motors w/gear boxes
These little motor gearboxes are just the right size for several motorization projects I have on the list. I tested each motor out on a 9v circuit based on a nodeMCU, and each had a great range of speed. The plastic axles should be able to handle many different types of drive arrangements; in my case they'll utilize silicone hose 'half-shafts' in a model of the German WWII "Ratte" land cruiser. The size of the motor and gear boxes are just right for many projects.
