Well, what do I look for when buying off-brand Cartridges for a backup printer? I just want it to work when needed and without much hassle. The quality, in my case, is not to produce great printed photos but getting some drafts out to the proper clients. I have this portable printer and been using the brand cartridge - I found that not to be cost effective for my purpose; so, I start trying out these off brand, after market, "rebuild" cartridges. So far this brand works good. I am able to print and the color, though not the best, is nothing wrong for draft and simple within the team show and commenting type work. All in all, we have not used it for heavy period or push the printer hard - that is not our purpose for this printer and print cartridges. So, I guess I will update as we go longer on these cartridge.. but for now, it is a good buy. Some are less expensive but, without prior experience, the normal consumers would go with the middle of the road price when purchasing. Not the best... and not the worse - although, I do admit I am cost conscious (cheap) for something like this - I will try a very cheap one when their turn is up.... if they work, I will order more of the cheaper ones. Price does matter when we are not without unlimited budgets. Thank you for reading my rambling....

It's always a little scary buying remanufactured cartridges. I've bought some in the past that were terrible and good as new. I'm pleased that these were great. They were packaged well and came in perfect condition. The actual cartridges were in great shape with no defects. They were easy to install and printed just the same as the original Canon cartridges. The resolution and quality is good and they've been perfect for documents, coupons, etc.

I had previously left a 1 star review as the cartridge wasn't great and left streaks. BUT! The wonderful people at this company explained it was defective and sent me a perfect replacement. This one prints absolutely gorgeous. Just like the Canon Ink! They are now my go to ink ❤ Thank you!

Be careful of using firmware 1.1 or above on Canon machines because this will make buying ink useless from anybody but Canon. These guys were willing to help me not once but twice: once when the cartridges were not working due to a small defect and the second time now because of a firmware update. They have a 100% guarantee and I would not trust anyone else on Amazon to purchase ink from!

These cartridges work really well. And I appreciate that the seller included a visual pamphlet on how to install it.I installed them yesterday and printed 7 pages of coupons. Everyone of them were crisp and easy to read. No smears or lines. This seller has found a new customer.

I ordered this item for tax season 2019, and both color and black cartridges lasted almost into the following tax season 2020. I re-ordered a new set in January 2020, and the new black cartridge expired after only 41 total (29 business) days of home-office use - didn't even get the 1099s printed. I don't know if I was unusually lucky the first time, or unlucky the second, but this time I'll be shopping for more trustworthy ink cartridges.Update -- It's now several weeks later and I haven't yet replaced the black cartridge. Every time I try to print, I still get a warning that the black ink cartridge is about to run out, BUT every time so far, this same black ink cartridge keeps on going, and the pages print fine. Since then, I've done some research , and found several warnings about recycled Canon cartridges reporting premature failure, and advice (from other ink suppliers) to ignore the printer software, and keep on using the cartridge until it literally stops printing.And then -- I received an email from Officeworld, offering a refund if I remove or modify my 1 star review. It wouldn't be fair to remove my original appraisal, so I'm adding this update, changing it to 4 star, and I'll wait and see how long this cartridge lasts, before accepting or declining a refund.Finally -- I just sent this page to the Canon printer -- guess what -- the page printed fine and now both the Black Ink and the Color Ink warning lights are on. What can I say? I guess its at least a 4 star buy so long as you don't trust the Canon's ink management software.

excellent replacement cartridges at and awesome price, speedy delivery; these are XL cartridges which have a super amount of extra ink... and cost less than the 245 and the 246 regulars... I could have bought a new, exact replacement printer for $50 with the regular cartridges. but these were half that and I don't have to fill the landfill with another printer...

The quality of the color is great. I will buy again. Uou have a gorgeous life customer.

With my children home from school during Covid lock downs, or the plan-demic as some of us know, I needed ink for our printer that was sitting dormant for a while. Now that assignments have to be printed at home, these ink cartridges have been perfect. They cost less than going to the store, which isn't an option, and print properly without smudging. They arrived quickly as well. When these run out at some point, I will buy again from this seller.Thank You!!!!

I just wanted to say that this is the first time that we try non canon ink for our printer.So far the print quality is great and the value is unbeatable.As far as longevity of the ink cartridges we haven’t had them installed very long but so far so good.Amazing service and quick to ship.I would definitely recommend these cartridges!We will definitely buy these again!

I've been using the ink for a while and it's lasting. The delivery of the product was early AND they sent a postage paid recycle envelope for my old cartridges!!! Fabulous thinking and a nice surprise!!!

Worked great then made an error 7800 regarding the ink.To make sure it was the ink cartridge that caused this I got a New canon printer tr4520 and it happened on the day i purchased the printer.Pay the extra and get Canon ink. not worth the hassle later on.
