Tinnitus 911 (60 Capsules for 30 Days use)

They do not work.

In spite of other reviews, I have found it very very helpful! It works immediately and if I don't take it, I immediately get the horrible sounds and can't even sleep. This exact product is now being re-branded and resold with massive so called "actual customer stories" of near miracles, under the name "Tranquillis". But they have only one source to buy it and all is supposedly "out of stock". Imagine my surprise when I found this stuff with the EXACT SAME INGREDIENTS. Thank God, because without it, I really find it hard to live with the horrible tinnitus and nothing else works. I don't know which ingredient is the one that does the trick, but it does work for me. It's worth a try if you have tinnitus because it's the only product that has worked for me. Most others are nothing more than a multivitamin, if you look at the ingredients. If this goes out of stock, I may have to buy each ingredient separately and make my own mixture! So I'm really grateful Amazon is selling this! Thank you!

I have taken this for the past few months. As long as I take the capsule each day, I remain tone free. Then when I skip a day, the tones return.

I have suffered severely with tinnitus and the last few years has been worse. Especially when the room is quiet. Very high pitched tones and ringing and a lot of times with harmonic sounds. One constant sound is my great grandmothers grandfather, clock the music than followed by the gong of the hour change. Extremely annoying to say the least.I’m very disheartened to read these reviews, I have tried many failures to at least cope with this. After getting excited when seeing this product you can imagine the disappointment when I learned this is nothing more than snake oil. I’m glad I was able to see this before spending money and thank you to those who posted your reviews.Shame on you tinnitus for taking advantage of those who suffer. May your company fail miserably and please amazon if this is true stop selling this product.

I followed the instructions and nothing changed. Didn't work for me.

I'm not happy with this product it does not work

I took this twice a day since I received it and my tinnitus is as bad as it was. This product does not do what it says. It's just a way to get a great deal of money. Don't waste your money.

Almost finished first bottle. Some quiet days, some very loud days. Prior to trying this product almost never had actually quiet days. I have had this problem for about ten years now so I'm definitely grasping at straws. Honestly not sure if this product is helping and am on the fence about spending another $69 but probably will. I have very high pitched ringing in my head, often with harmonic effects.
