Great investment.
Great spray. Works perfect. A quick spray down on the side of my house and leave it alone just to see the difference within a 24-48 hour period. It doesn’t harm my grass or my pets. Doesn’t have a harsh smell to it and don’t burn my skin if I get a little on me. It works fast and cleans the green algae off the side of my home like a professional. Looks great.

A great product the really works and easy to use.
Effective and efficient product. Have been using this product ( Wet & Forget), for the past 8 years on a two story colonial house that was always plagued with mold on the north side ( non sun facing), and just one coating each year has totally eliminated all the mold and NO regrowth. Had previously tried power washing with no positive effect until reading about this product. The far reach nozzle eliminates the need to use a ladder, and at age 77 a truly great benefit, and the cost is less than 5% of what a house washing company quoted for the job. It is imporatnt to shake well before use, and good to wear a hat and eye protection but nothing else.

Easy to use
Very effective for siding and trim. Not so much for concrete driveway

Works slow, but really works.
Follow the directions, and spray when dry outside. Like the directions say, it takes wind, rain, and time for the green to fall of, but it instantly dies and turns brown not long after spraying. Then I noticed as the weeks went by the siding just resorted back to it's original color. Some reviewers have not had the best experience with this, but I have and it has been the easiest to use. You just spray it on, wetting everything liberally, and then you are done. Don't keep beathing in the fumes because it is irritating and don't get it in your eyes because it burns. I wear a simple N95 mask and googles when spraying. Also, they say wash off plants with water if it gets on them, but I move any plants away that can be moved. I find it to work faster when you spray your house on a hot dry day.

It works!
Great product for cleaning spouting, gutters, siding, decking and concrete. Pretty much works like the name implies: wet and forget. Cleans dirt, mold, mildew and the usual stains caused by everyday exposure to the elements.

Disappointed with Nozzle
I have been waiting to use this product with the new and “improved” nozzle. I was disappointed with the nozzle’s mechanics and performance not the product. To turn off and on the product the operator has to roll, or twist the nozzle from the off position through the positions of Water then to stop at the on position for the product to disperse. If you are doing this dry it works smoothly when there is pressure on the nozzle, and the nozzle and your hands are wet, it is difficult to turn this off or on smoothly or quickly. When the bottle is less than 1/3 full, the bottle wants to rotate resulting on you having to maintain control of the bottle also. The first time the bottle was getting low I wasted a considerable amount of product just trying to turn the nozzle off. The nozzle is attempting to twist around. The operator needs to be aware of where the nozzle is pointing when you are in this process. If the nozzle remains pointing at the application area, you are diluting the area where you are pointed. The opposite is, if you turn the nozzle away from your application area, the operator could be applying product to an area where you do not want it to be applied. I had excellent water pressure estimated to be 60-70 psi and was able to spray approximately 20-25’ horizontal. I was operating with a 1” hose. To make my job easier, the hose was tied off with a hose rope so there was no adverse pressure on the nozzle by the weight of the hose. This did make the job easier but simply turning the nozzle off and on was cumbersome and could not be done efficiently without wasting product. The solution I see would be to construct the nozzle with only a simple 90-degree twist either the product is on or off. I realize that you then do not have ready access to clear water through the nozzle, but the operator is able to apply to the area desired without delusion of product or spraying an area you do not want the product to be applied.

Read the fine print and believe.
You must read the fine print and believe it. It says “Green stains clean up within 1-2 weeks, black stains or heavy, stubborn stains can take several months, long-established stains may take 6-12 months.” My house has vinyl siding which has been cleaned numerous times using a chlorine based vinyl siding cleaner. I applied this new product last month and I have seen virtually no improvement. Also on a totally windless day the spray might possibly reach 20 foot, and that is with the narrow spray nozzle. If there’s any wind, you’ll be lucky to get 15 feet. If you put on the wide area spray nozzle you’ll probably only get your face wet with even a small amount of wind. The product foams, and when you raise the sprayer, the product doesn’t dispense well, so when trying to hit higher levels, you’ll get mostly water, and that is with a full bottle of liquid. Today I applied 2/3 water +1/3 chlorine bleach, and sprayed the front of the house and it cleared up almost as I was spraying! The stains on my house were not what is described as long and established stains, but if they were I didn’t have a year to wait and see if this product worked. For the price, I’m very disappointed, not only in the liquid product but the sprayer.

Great moss and algae killer
Beautiful! Works like a charm. Strong enough to spray the entire roof with enough left over to do some of the siding as well. I have good water pressure, so it worked perfectly. If the water pressure in your outdoor hose in not strong, you may be limited to how far this is going to spray, especially upward if you are spraying the side of your house. Took a few weeks for the algae and moss to die and be washed away by the rain. If is works as well on the roof as it does on the vinyl siding, it should last about two to three years before having to redo. If you live in an area that is extremely wet like the Pacific Northwest, you probably will need to use it every year instead of every two
