I have replaced all of the flimsy liners that come in my bathing suit tops with these. They give a little lift and fill out the cup giving the girls a more rounded appearance without looking unnatural. . I was afraid they might be hot and sweaty or hold water like a sponge when wet but neither are the case. They are well made and very comfortable. I don't even notice they are there. They are easily inserted into the top by rolling them tightly like a cigar and sliding them into the opening. Then you use your fingers to work them into place. I highly recommend these inserts.

These are a good fit and seem to be made well. Withstood the washing machine with no issues. They get the job done for my swimsuit in which I needed a little bit "extra" boost, I just wish the lift/padded area was just a tad higher. For the price, though, these are great!

Used these with some bralettes that did not come with pads..now I can wear these under my activewear and not look like I’m sporting a tube up top, if you know what i mean...makes the sideboob less noticeable since they have a little lift in them. I am a B cup.. not sure the ones I have would work for larger cups. I did not get the option of requesting size when ordering.

It's sort of a hit or miss thing with these. I bought them to use in my bikini tops but out of the several tops I tried them in only 1 looked decent. They don't have a very natural look to them.

I have nothing negative to say about these pads inserts. They did what was expected.
