EXCELLENT: BUT READ THIS FIRST.
I like to watch movies late at night, but my wife likes to go to bed early. She always complains about the TV noise, so I decided to get a bluetooth headset. I purchased seven listening devices prior to this one. Everything, including a bluetooth base station to plug in my Bose headset, Apple EarPods, bone conduction and over-the-ear headsets. These are the best of all of them. PROS: 1. They are extremely comfortable. 2. It has a real on off switch, instead of a soft-switch. When you turn it on or off, you know it. 3. Setting up the bluetooth is effortless and fast. it must have a very powerful bluetooth transmitter. 4. You don’t have to worry about them falling off or out of your ear. 5. The sound quality is excellent for watching TV. 6. It has a real knob for adjusting settings (instead of clicking a button to change values). Volume changes are easy and so is changing the channel. 7. The auto-retracting wires make storage a snap. CONS: 1. The instructions are cartoon drawings with very little text to tell you what to do. It needs more information about the multi-function button. 2. The USB-C charging port is covered with a cap that rotates 180 degrees to reveal the port. Unfortunately the cap looks like a button. The bad part is that it is not labeled. Eventually i figured it out. You have to lift the cap with your fingernail in order to rotate it. Overall I love this headset (so far). If they hold up, then they will be an outstanding value. Stay tuned for any future updates.

Great neckband style headphone
I am surprised at the quality of this product. I like neckband style headphones because I do not like the feel of any earbuds in my ears all day. They become uncomfortable. The neckband style is comfortable. I have used this style of headphones for quite some time but my previous brand doesn't seem to be making new models anymore. I needed to find a new brand. This Exfit has all the features I wanted including retractable earbuds, noise cancelling, vibrates when a call comes in, built in microphone for phone calls plus its water resistant. It has good sound for listening as well as what my callers hear. With other brands, my callers would often say I sounded muffled. But, with this one, the callers say I sound clear and they can hear me perfectly. This is a great unit. I can't really comment yet on battery life but it seems like I will need to charge it every day or two. (I do not listen to music all day and average very few phone calls.) I also cannot comment yet on durability but it seems at least as well made as my other brand that I used to use which was at least 3x the price. Quality seems sturdy and well made but time will tell. This is my new "go to" brand for neckband headphones.

An excellent pair of retractable earbuds with some nice design and features
As someone who prefers around the ear bluetooth earbuds, these are a great pair. The slim design doesn’t make it feel encumbering when you wear it, the button layout is simple and innovative, opting for a slider for the volume and skip buttons. The features this thing comes with are what made this stand out from the rest of the earbud I’ve owned, for one the sound mode that can be normal, bass, or treble is quite nice and I enjoy that it tells your which mode it’s on, and the feature I love most is the ambient sound mode, where it turns on the mic and you can hear your surroundings much better if you’re listening to calm/low sound music, very handy if you hang out with people who like to talk a lot even if they know you’re wearing earbuds. The battery life is alright for the most part, though I feel that ambient noise may cause it to drain faster. I also do find it a hassle when adjusting the length of the wires, as I tend to not pull out the right length and when I adjust it, I have to be pull with a specific amount of force so that the earbud doesn’t retract.

3 months, my favorite
I bought MANY earbuds and these are my favorite. I need retractable, because part of my job is to run power tools periodically and I need ear protection hanging around my neck. So part of what I use these for is to periodically protect my hearing. I need long battery life because some days I'm listening to an audio book all day. I need clear mic because I answer calls on my headset while I'm working. How MANY other headsets make my speech muddy to the other person, I can't even tell you. So many. These carry my voice with clarity. I'm sure the sound clarity of the speakers is good--I can't speak to that because all the headphones I have tried sound fine to me. I like it that if my headphones are on my neck when a call comes in, I just tug an earbud and put it in my ear to pick up the call. I had to get used to the fact that they must be manually turned off in order to charge. A couple of times at the beginning I put them on the charger turned on, and in the morning I only had "battery life ... medium" which was a frustrating thing to hear. They're quick to connect to my phone and they stay connected throughout the day. If I lie down on my back (to go under a car or kitchen sink, for example) they stay on my neck. But if I am crawling around in a crawlspace I'd better either take them off or put both earbuds in so they don't slip off. The neck harness looks professional and doesn't constrict my neck. I'm tempted to buy a second set of these, but I'm going to wait until these current ones break or get lost and then see again what's out there on the market. At $35 or $40 I'd buy a second set of these today, but at the moment they're slightly above $50 and that's above my break even point for having a third set (I already have a backup set). There. That's my thoughts for the morning. I was putting on my headset and thought I'd better review them for others as they make their buying choices.

bring back the bcs 700
I've tried so many of these neckband headsets. Most recently I used a Plantronics Voyager 6200, until the wires began to fray. I wanted to mention that so that you can understand why I might be a harsher judge than if I had only ever tried this particular headset. I expect too much from my headsets, especially from what I am willing to pay! I'm giving this one 4 stars. My callers can hear me clearly most of the time. Only occasionally are background noises near me so loud to my caller that it hurts their ears and they must hang up in self-defense. To be fair, that did happen once in a long while even with the expensive Plantronics unit. The weird thing is sometimes, it's not a loud noise near me that triggers pain my callers ear, it's a noise that *I* can barely hear, and I'm surprised the microphones can even pick it up! There may be other, louder noises near me, but my caller is overwhelmed by the sound of something that's happening in another room. Also, if I am in an enclosed area (like an attic, or small room, or if my head is inside a cabinet) then my caller is auditorily assaulted by the smallest, quietest of noises. Tapping my fingernail on a piece of wood sounds like a gun going off near their ear. I can imagine you wondering why I would test my headset with my head inside a cabinet. I'm a service technician and I'm often working in small spaces! Anyway... these kind of issues are pretty standard for these neckbands. The voyager 6200 has been the best quality of all I tried, but it lasted less than a year and those dangling earbuds were constantly getting torn off. This BCS 700 retracts out of my way when I'm not using. I know some of you may want to know how music sounds on it. I can't help with that. Music sounds more or less fine on all of em that I've tried, including this one. I listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos, and maybe some Netflix. It all sounds fine. I've got some hearing loss, but it's loud enough for me to hear. I don't even have it turned all the way up. I have an 18.5" neck and wish this device was a little bigger. I think use tiny models in all the pictures so it looks like it hangs down on the lower joint of the collarbone. But for me, most of these b.a.r.e.l.y. make it around my whole neck, including this one. But it does. make it. mostly. For this price, I can deal with the call quality being slightly less than ideal. I hope this helps someone make a decision! ---------- Above was my original 4 star review for bcs 700. They came out with the pro model which is no good at all. Now they've come out with the exfit 800 flex. Also no good. returned mine after 1 day. for 4 hours it was good, then just went haywire, "gaming mode on" "gaming mode off", right speaker quit working for a bit. I thumped it and it came back on at half the volume of the left speaker. Just terrible

Very good for listening to audio, very bad for calls
I've been using the EXFIT BCS-700 for quite some time. It's not the first device of this type I've used; I've previously used several from the LG Tone series, which I found very good, and I've decided to switch to other brands because they're so hard to find these days. Before mentioning the pros and cons, I should clarify that I'm not an expert on audio quality, so I can't give a definitive opinion on that. However, if I have no complaints about the audio quality, then I suppose the device performs its function well, despite the lag that all Bluetooth audio devices have, regardless of the brand. Pros: The build quality surpasses recent LG models; this one is more durable. It has many features that you'll appreciate once you start using them, such as audio passthrough. It also has the ability to connect to more than one device and disconnect and reconnect without having to repeat the pairing process. Cons: The biggest problem with this device is its microphone, which is terrible. Whenever I make a call, the other person complains that they can't hear me, so I have to move the left side, where the microphones are, closer to the other person so they can hear me. In conclusion, this device is a good option if you want to listen to music, play games on a handheld console, or something similar privately. If you want a device for hands-free calls, consider another option.

almost perfect
They are actually a little smaller than the other brands and can push in your ear farther, which actually is fine but it makes the sound block out so you cant hear the sound (music in my case). So I end up having to take them out and re-insert them trying to go only half way so that they are in good, but not too good. The bluetooth works awesome pairing, and the sound is great. People tell me they hear a lot of the background sometimes when I talk with them but over all they are good. They are great on my end. Much better value than LG- LG 700's were the best and I don't know why they quit making them and changed to garbage that is way more money- so this brand filled the market gap left behind. They are affordable and mostly awesome.

Family has bought multiple pair and they work after going swimming!
I bought my first pair in April 2020. Liked them so much my Mom bought a pair, then my Dad, and I just bought my second (more on that in a minute). I like the ear bud is retractable and will answer/end a call with this feature, I can hold the button on the left hand side and activate google assistant for features, volume control is nice and I can skip a song on pandora or youtube music with it, the pause works with with all video players I have (youtube, netflix, hulu, the CW, amazon video). Battery life is good, I can charge to full and get 1.5-2 days good usage (lots of streaming audio) out of it. My only complaint is the low battery, it will warn you twice and then die. Really its not too bad but you only get 5-10 minutes before it will turn off :) So replacement pair ..... only bought because I forgot to take them off when I went swimming! That being said, that pair STILL WORKS. Really and truly the sound is good, all the features work, it charges fine ..... except when you turn them off it is stuck in vibrate mode. If I never turn them off it is perfect. I would not hesitate to buy again!
