Product good but packaging is not good and screws are missing
Product is good within price and easy to install but packaging is not good at all The box is already opened sealed is broken and screws are missing from the box as well no manufacturering date is mentioned on box how we can identify it’s used or not.

Asking for repair cost even in warranty. Poor quality
Product got damaged in rain. Customer care is extremely poor ! Sent the camera thru courier. Repair cost estimate is almost the same value of camera. Even when the product is under warranty. Wonder if they are really ip6. Worst decision to go in for this brand.

Exchanged with the damaged product
Received the first one damaged (broken swivel hinge). Returned and the replacement process was quick. Item works fine. Good camera in this price range. SIM card slot in the replaced item is not perfectly grooved. Needed some effort to fix it. Audio like talk, siren and alarm are working perfectly. Notifications are prompt. Camera took some time to adjust to the network initially as there was a video lag. But settled after a few minutes. Not provided wall flange and junction box along with the unit. Had to purchase separately. Activation was easy. Installed it through a technician as it requires electrical wiring as well as cctv cabling. The picture/ video quality is good. With above average resolution. There is a still a microsecond lag that is annoying. You cannot expect that in this budget cameras.
