An outstanding purchase and product. I've used them for years, nutritional meal replacements for ppl on the go. As a senior, I love this great tasting product.

Only protein drink my daughter will drink who has a lot of issues with eating. Good protein and vitamins without the milky texture other protein drinks have. Our only go to.

I have a few chronic conditions that sometimes makes it hard for me to eat well. (I have a lot of scar tissue in my throat from an accident) When I flare up, I usually get some kind of a shake and these for my "drink" they have a lot of what the nutrition shakes have, but these are delicious. I could drink them daily just to drink They have 180 calories, which, if you're not eating well, more is better. These only have 8g protein, but again, this is more a drink than a meal replacement. I'm so sad. I got these on sale. If I knew it was a sale, I would've bought them all. Now they're $10 USD more. But still worth it if you need that bit of extra help. They're worth the price because they taste great, and at least for me, I can rest assured they won't be wasted. 5 stars, more if I could

I'm going to give this four stars because for anyone who needs to get a colonoscopy, it should work great....I'm reviewing the *MIXED FRUIT* flavor which is safe for colonoscopies.....however, the *mixed BERRY* flavor is NOT safe for colonoscopies....the red/blue color might look like blood during an exam....sorry to sound gross. There are very few things you can drink during a fast during a colonoscopy preparation. Personally, I get low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) pretty badly, so I needed to keep my blood sugar *up* during my fasting time. I used Kettle and Fire chicken bone broth and also the beef bone broth, and that worked great....it's high in protein, almost no carbs, and I passed with flying colors. Regarding the Ensure CLEAR mixed fruit flavor, I drank *one* of them and it spiked my blood sugar VERY badly, and then the blood sugar crashed right after that....it has 9g of protein, but they kind of ruin the product (at least for me) because it has 37g of carbs....this is insane. Going forward for my next procedure, I'll just use Kettle and Fire bone broth to get my protein to keep my sugar up (btw, about half of ingested protein converts to carbs over 4 to 6 hours or so....that's how it can help). For what it's worth, I had a 17oz container of bone broth at least 3x during my fast....maybe 4 times....and the doctor said my prep was excellent....thus, we now know the K&F product works. The ensure clear product *does* work....however, be careful if you have any sugar issues.

The Ensure Clear mixed fruit flavored drink tastes great. I drink these because I needed the calories. I do like the protein content, but don’t depend on this one drink to provide you with enough nutrients. For example, this drink isn’t a significant source of potassium. I had an issue that lasted a couple of weeks and could tolerate this drink well, but I had to see the doctor. I had lab work done and my potassium levels were dangerously low. Since then I’ve had Ensure Complete occasionally although I hate it. The Ensure Clear tastes much better.

If you like juice and sugar (sweets) you will love these. No wonder the patients fight for these at work. 10/10
