Comfortable walking poles
The poles are very comfortable and adjustable for most any height. They are in three twist on sections which tend to become lose after a while and should be checked before each walk. It is for this reason that I have not rated them a five. However, this is just something to be aware of. I would still recommend them as well as the vendor who shipped them very quickly.

I have had back troubles for many years and now need walking poles to assist. These are my favorite to date.

Love the grip and that they collapse. Straps???
The grip and having them be collapsible is great. They are solid when put together and easy to collapse. My only real complaint is that they should come with straps. I’m keeping them but have ordered some universal straps. I don’t want to have to pick one up if I lose my grip on it. Your other poles have straps, so make these with some as well or at least offer straps that can be put on them given the higher price point.

Didn't fit me at 5' tall
I'm the right height, but have bad wrists and so needed a very horizontal arm position. This was just a bit too short, so the bend in my arm made my wrist painful. I returned them and plan to get another taller set because they seemed to be great quality.

Great Walking Poles
Perfect for people with conditions that affect gait as they provide support for balance to walk. The contoured thumb positions are also comfortable. Lightweight, adjustable and foldable for storage or travel. Pole straps would be beneficial to allow use of hands and not having to lean them up against something to keep them from falling. Especially helpful if bending to pick them up is difficult. I did purchase universal pole straps but the handles do not have the slot needed to install, hold the strap. Will keep looking to see if there is another strap that could be used. I would still recommend these poles. They have been a game changer for mobility. Provide better support than a cane, less cumbersome than a walker and allows you to stand straight improving posture.
