I have finally found the right supplement.
Started September 18 2018. I follow the instructions exactly. Everyone has their own diet and exercise plan. No strict diet to follow, just eat healthier foods and much smaller portion sizes. It is October 2 2018 today and I have only lost a total of 3 pounds so far but I have not gained that weight back. I am also losing fat off my arms and that is awesome! I want my belly and thigh fat gone too but losing arm fat is great! I have not experienced any jitters either.
