I've only been taking 1 a day instead of the recommended 4 and even still I have had the worst stomach issues with it. Literal liquid, you have 2 seconds to get to a toilet kind of issues. I've taken it with food, taken it without food, tried different times of day and have the same issues no matter what. Thank God I didn't take 4! Would not recommend.
