My parents recently built a house with two lantern style scones on their driveway. Plumbing natural gas for gas lights is pretty expensive, so my dad wanted to try these LED lights. We got him a couple for Christmas 2018. Of Course, I kept one for my porch light!These add a great ambiance, but aren't really that practical when it comes to lighting. They aren't very bright. That being said, my guest bedroom is right next to the porch, so it kinda works out that the porch light isn't beaming into the bedroom at night. If you have other security lights around your home, these are great accents. They probably aren't the best to use as actual lighting.The three settings do work pretty great (constant, flicker, fade). I keep mine on flicker. I give them two thumbs up. Give them a shot, why not??

These lights look very nice, and throw off a nice warm ambient light. I put them in the three lanterns that are on the walls in the front of our house. I like them because there is no glare from a 60 to 100w bulb, it’s not as bright, but good enough for the trade off of no blinding glare. The other landscape lights in the yard are positioned so that you cannot see the source, just the light coming from them. It all looks nice together. Next best thing to actual gas lamps.

It's not as realistic as I thought it would be.

Exactly what I was looking for! I have 2 front lights that hang in front of the garage and one light at the porch. They totally turn the direction that the light is mounted! And its not a bright light, it looks like a gas flame light.

The product photos make it look as though the bulb displays a highly-realistic flame. Of course that was bound to be an overstatement, but I was truly surprised to see that the product is based on a rolled-up LED sheet, which is *exactly* what the product photos say it is *not*. The old-style rolled-LED-sheet bulbs are superior to this one - the timer circuits offer better resolution. Unless you're really interested in the four 'modes', avoid this product.

These bulbs are awesome. I had seen a review of another bulb I liked and then found these on another site and liked them to. When I couldn't locate the other company, I took a chance and bought these. I have probably run all three I purchased over 20 hours each and cannot be happier. In addition, they function in continuous and up and down pattern. Each time you turn them off they reset to the next. Will probably be buying more.

Looks very similar to a gas light, we only use one setting as the bulbs are on a Wi-Fi switch that is on a timer.

First, the bulbs are very cool! I ordered the 3 pack and I am glad that I did as one of them did not work. Just sent an email to try and exchange it as I do need 3 bulbs.

The media could not be loaded.  The lights are great. No they are not very bright if you want to use them for regular outdoor lighting. But for a flame bulb for Halloween or dewali they are great. I don't think the 3 stars for brightness is fair, I belive they are bright enough for what they are and should be 5 stars. Or show me a torch the size of a light bulb that would be brighter. Very happy with them
