are these easy to swallow?

Yes they are. Just be sure to take them with a big glass of water. Not so much because they're hard to swallow, but because they can cause heartburn if you don't take them with enough water.

How big are these? I'm curious to know how easy they are to swallow.

About ¾" in length and about ⅛" in diameter. Been taking for nearly 3 weeks and haven't had any problem swallowing them.

Is this USP approved?

No, it is not USP verified. USP does not approve, they verify that you are getting what the bottle says you are getting, at the dose it states and without harmful contamination. Without an independent test like USP, ConsumerLab or NSF, you are just believing the claims of the manufacturer. There is big money in dietary supplements, just like 'big pharma.' In 2022, dietary supplements were a 40 billion dollar industry. Pharma or supplements, doesn't matter, if you are putting it in your body, you want independent verification that you are getting something real, pure, not contaminated and at the dose the label states.

Are these produced by way of "supercritical extraction?" The folks at the Arthirtis Foundation suggest using ginger made to that standard.

Ginger Root is the whole herb form. This product contains the root that has been dried, then ground into a powder and placed in a capsule. This product is not an extract.
