Does the job easily
I got this to backup and restore an EMMC card in a 3D printer and it worked flawlessly. Plugged it in, loaded up Balena Etcher, it found it and read to and from it. No drivers, no screwing around. Just be careful because it's an open PCB and you don't want to damage anything. But it works great.

Got the job done
I’ve used this so far to program two EMMCs as part of mainlining a couple of Sovol printers. It worked without a hitch, and there are printable cases to provide some protection for the electronics.

Did exactly what I needed
If you're looking for this item, it's pretty much the only option for your situation, at least it's not expensive and has a built-in TF/MicroSD reader as well. I dropped a star because it's a unitasker, but the PCB is exposed, so the next time it's needed, in addition to *finding* it, you'll have to make sure it's not damaged. a simple, cheap plastic case to keep it in would've been a nice addition. But, as I said, if you need an MKS EMMC reader, your printer is likely hosed, and this is your last hope; so, at least they're not charging an exorbitant amount for a device you NEED.

Works well
Worked well but my EMMCC was too far gone to repair. Would recommend.
