This is a legitimate question and your answer is yes/no. The supplier either has V2.0 or V3.0 and you will get one or the other. Your best option is to buy on Huels website where they are currently selling V3.0 (This is their most updated formula) as of May 2022. For those with sarcastic answers: I understand the humor in your answers but it turns out this is a legitimate question that you all should be aware of... Not all distributors are up to date with Huels newest/latest formula.

How long will this last for if you don't open it? I'm wondering if this would be a good disaster food supply.

According to the manufacturer, it will keep for approximately one year. I'd say no to being a good disaster food source.

No scoop came with my huel. how do i know how much to put in a shake? it says add 3 scoops.

It is hard to get an exact measurement, but they have determined on the forums that one scoop is between 1/4 and 1/3 of a cup. Three scoops is 450 cal and 1 cup is 500 cal. The problem is that you might not be able to measure it correctly without packing down the powder. Therefore, I would suggest using a fourth of a cup for the scoop. If you have a kitchen scale, you can measure this more exactly and one scoop is 38 g of powder.
