I expected this to be more of a gluey kind of consistency but it ended up being kind of liquidy. You have to kind of mix it into your skin if you want it to work. What I did was if you wanted it to have a glue like consistency I mixed some Elmer’s clear glue into it and worked just fine. Otherwise cute and great glitter!
