says 200mg but that’s just the daily dosage which is completely irrelevant it should say the amount per pill or AT LEAST that it is only 1 month supply.

This CoQ10 supplement comes in tablet form with 120 tablets. The recommended dosage is 4 tablets a day giving 30 days supply at recommended dosage. The tablets come in a fairly standard small clear supplement container that is 3.5 inches tall (8.75cm) by just under 2 inches across (about 4.5cm). The tablets had an expiry date of 19 months after the delivery date.On opening the container and holding the container to the nose there is a pleasant smell. The tablets themselves are small (just over a centimetre and quite thin). The individual tablets have no detectable smell, an interesting but pleasant taste and a ver subtle aftertaste that fades quite quickly. They are easy to swallow.I have been taking COQ10 because I am interested in the benefits I may get in regards to skin repair and regeneration, heart health and blood sugar management as well as any potential benefits I may get in regard to reduction in muscle fatigue and reduction in skin damage.The tablets are vegan friendly, the container is recyclable, the country of origin is stated as a UK company and the product is made to GMP standards. The product price is good but there is only a month supply in the container which needs to be considered when comparing products.
