Works good with the skull shaver.

I use this product to hold my pitbull gold razor. I like the fact that I can clean my razor without taking it apart every time. I put a little bit of alcohol in some Luke warm water and fill it to 4/5ths of the stand’s capacity. Then I put the razor in the stand and run the razor for about 2 to 3 minutes. The first few times, I cleaned my razor I would take it apart to see if any hairs were visible inside. The razor was as clean as if I had taken it apart ancleaned it. The only thing I noticed that may be a little concerning is the arm that holds the razor is getting looser as time goes on. I feel that it may not hold my razor above the water after awhile. It is working fine at the present time so not a concern for me at this point. It is a little pricey but looks good enough to leave on the bathroom sink.( I have an OCD wife and she would have sneaked it into a drawer if it didn’t pass her inspection.lol) I am overall satisfied with this purchase and would buy again.

I’m not sure why I ordered this, other than it seemed like a good idea at the time. Sure, it gives you a place to park the razor but truth be told, the razor can sit anywhere. As far as its usefulness in rinsing the razor, forget about it. It’s easier to simply pop the blades off and rinse everything out and hit the tight spots with an old toothbrush. After all, you are going to have to do that ANYWAY when you are finished “rinsing” it in this little cup. Save yourself the $15 (or more if you are thinking of upgrading to the next razor to get this and the little travel pouch) and just rinse the razor under the faucet. More gimmick than actually useful.

I have been using this for about a week now and it really helps me to keep my shaver clean. I was surprised at how much it has improved the shaver performance. Basically I can do my head in the shower and then leave the shaver on in the stand while I shave etc. in the morning. By the time I am done the blades just need a quick rinse and they look brand new. Very pleased with this purchase.
