So far so good
So far so good, I purposely waited 2 weeks to test this product. Background, 45 yo female prediabetic. 5’9 170 lb. I started product for holistic approach to help with A1C and hormonal wt gain. I eat fairly healthy and use treadmill every other day. I work from home now for past 3 years, noticed A1C increase from 5.8 to 6.2. With that being said 2 weeks of this product once a day I have lost 5 pounds and decreased BS by check 3 times a day only to review this product. Mind you I am prediabetic so my BS is typically normal with spikes only. My hormonal cravings are down, I snack less. For me I would not take more then once daily because I felt difference in my sugar being lowered to 90 which makes me fill fatigue personal. NO LOOSE STOOL side effect what so ever. Probably wouldn’t hurt in my case. So in all it took consistent 2 weeks taking once daily with good diet, minor exercise for weight lose 5 pound and notice of BS improvement. Can’t wait to have my A1C tested. I approve of this product.

Great for weight loss
On my 2nd bottle and lost 10lbs already! It helps a lot with food noise and cravings. I take 2 per day with my lunch. They do not leave any kind of aftertaste and are easy to take. Definitely recommend if you struggle with weight loss even with a change in diet for the better.
