So great as expected! Charger for both the camera and the hand held one for the parents! Was overall pick and did not disasspoint!

I searched for weeks for the perfect monitor within our price range and read hundreds of reviews before deciding on this one. I absolutely love it and don’t know how we survived our first child without it! I’ve never had any other video monitor so I can’t really compare the image clarity but to me it’s great! We can see our son very well at night time but our monitor is mounted right above his bed so it’s very close. Day mode is actually harder to see for me because his room is naturally dark and if it isn’t “dark enough” for the camera, it won’t switch to night mode making it impossible to really see him. I just drape a sock over top of the camera to shade the sides and block out light and then it switches to night mode and I can see him better. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The battery life isn’t that great but we keep the volume down to the first notch and try to keep it plugged in. I can’t really say how far it reaches because I haven’t tested it but so far we’ve had no issues! I would buy this again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone!Update: 8/25/20We’ve had this monitor for a little over 8 months now and recently it shorted out so that it wouldn’t charge unless I could get the charger in the perfect position, which was becoming harder and harder to do. I emailed the Moonybaby support team and was responded to very quickly with helpful suggestions and they sent me a new one right away without hesitation. I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service and that alone will cause me to stay loyal to this brand. No electronic device is perfect but having a company that makes things right when they go wrong is something worth sticking around for. I love this thing! It has great picture quality, the sound is amazing. So easy to use my 7 yr old can do it. There is an off switch at the back of the camera for when it’s not needed and you want your privacy. The kick stand on the back makes it wonderful for setting it up on the counter etc while doing chores and baby naps. It’s super easy to use, rechargeable screen and a plug in camera means no batteries needed, compact and easy to move around with. no WiFi needed and when camera is off the link is off so great for privacy. Definitely recommend especially for under 100$

This is a great monitor for those not wanting to use their phones! You can see well, you can move it or take it to travel easily and the battery lasts a reasonably long time. It is pretty easy for babysitters to use too-I just made a quick cheat sheet for the lesser tech savvy sitters. There is a great function: “power saving” where the screen will turn off unless there is a loud sound-great for when the parents are sleeping! The only complaint we have is that the temperature gage is and always has been COMPLETELY inaccurate. Right now in my daughters room it is 73 degrees and her monitor is showing 80 degrees. It has given us several scares, (some temp differences being over ten degrees), so we had to buy a separate thermometer for our daughters room. That is the only complaint we have, so overall we are really happy with this monitor! We like that we could add other cameras on to it once we have more than one child, so we will have to see how the switch camera function works!Two year update: we have loved the monitor, it’s easy for us and babysitters to use. A week ago the monitor screen died, it wouldn’t show anything and would blink and not turn off. We tried everything to reset it. I contacted customer service and they were AMAZING! They were quick to respond and help me by giving me tips to try to fix it. When we had tried everything possible to revive it, our customer service rep Nick (thank you!) sent us a new monitor expedited overnight shipping. Overall it was like a two day process and I couldn’t be more grateful! It’s so hard to be without a monitor and worry about your kids but Moonybaby did a great job of helping out. We will be buying more of these for baby number two!

I bought our 1st moonybaby monitor system 3 yrs ago. We Loved it. It was used everyday, pretty much all day and a good portion of the night. The monitor was dropped and the screen cracked. I was disappointed that the unit we had was no longer available. I ordered the one recommended as a replacement. Easy to set up. The monitor stopped working in less than 2 days. The Customer Service was outstanding. Questions asked, answers given and new unit was shipped to replace it. It should arrive tomorrow. I will update this review after using it for a while. I truly appreciate the customer service rendered. Yes, I would recommend this seller to friends.** Edit ** The replacement unit arrived and was put into use as soon as it was charged. It is a bit smaller than the previous one but the picture is very clear, the sound is as well. I am very appreciative of the customer service dept. A great choice in baby monitor systems.
