Please don't freeze vanilla beans. They freeze-dry and loose flavor. Vacuum seal and store in dry place.

Are these from Thahti or are they from Papua Guinea?

These fragrant vanilla beans are from Tahiti.

Are these beans grown in Papua ne Guinea, or Tahiti?

One would have to trust they were grown in Tahiti as that is in the description. My purchase is bottled in their liquid and already at work!
