Good for frying small things. I love it. Healthy frying. like one egg or a few small things.

Perfect balance, excessive price
This mini-pan is perfect for one egg. Unlike similar pans, it's very heavy and so it doesn't move - the balance is perfect. It requires careful drying after each use. It improves its performance with time: after a few times, it becomes non-stick. I award only 4 stars because I paid too much for it- I can't believe my extravagance.

Dinky
This pan is tiny and, per square inch, must be the most expensive pan I have ever bought, or even seen. However, it cooks one fried egg perfectly and doesn't stick or take up much room in the storage cupboard. Could be improved with a lid and a stay-cool handle.

Perfect for frying a single egg, or baking some rice pudding or frying some tomatoes and garlic - and it looks so cute!

As described
Tiny little pan, but solid cast iron and pre-seasoned. Heavy duty but be aware how very small it is, check out 12CM on your ruler before you buy. I could do with a lid for it. NOTE: For non stick cooking turn the heat down really low and let your pan heat up for some time. Too much heat does not work well with cast iron cookware.

Really very small indeed
All my other Staub pans are sized according to the size of the base, but this mini pan is only 12cm across the top, so I didn't feel it would make generous enough portions of crustless quiche as hoped for, being also rather shallow. It would be useful for toasting spices perhaps.

A glorious little pan.
I love this pan. Staub are right up there in the pan world in terms of quality & durability. It's perfect for small spanish tortillas (potato & onion omelette), which is what I bought it for. Be aware that it is small though & due to it's size it will only do single omelettes or tortillas, which to be fair, is what it's designed for.

Me encantó este sartén, los huevos me quedan perfectos, pero uso dos cosas para éso, la primera es que combino aceite y mantequilla para freír mi huevo porque si no coloco mantequilla los huevos se pegan, y la segunda es que de casualidad tengo una tapa que le calza muy bien, así puedo dejar mi huevoncon la yema jugosa.

Super produit pour se cuire un oeuf individuel . Ou enchaîner les cuissons si on est plusieurs à partager le p’tit déj. 😊 Entretien et usage aisé sans teflon . Je recommande

Sain, vraiment longue durée de vie j'ai une cocotte en fonte qui a 40 ans. Mais très petite, moi ça me va, mais faites vous une idée avec un mètre. Bon appétit

No solo es pequeña, es poco honda. Lo bueno es que pesa menos ,ocupa poco y se calienta rápido. Es perfecta para desayunos o raciones individuales. Tortillas o huevos revueltos quedan jugosos, completamente diferente a una sartén normal. Incluso en oferta, es cara, aunque espero dure para siempre y no tenga que reponer cada tanto como las normales que se desgastan.(acaban saliendo más caras)
