great laptop
this is the first chrome book I have ever used. I was a little reluctant at first, but once I started using it, it is very hard to beat. If you use Google routinely (gmail, google docs, etc) , this is the way to go. the computer is fast, starts faster than a PC/microsoft , and once you input your Google ID, you have access to all your documents, etc. Having Google save your passwords and autofill them when you are surfing the net is very convenient.

fast and complete product for your needs!
i have not owned a laptop till now. i love my computer and would recommend that everybody own one! For school purposes or working in the office it meets all your needs. Holds a long charge and light weight for busy days on the go. this laptop will definitely keep up and not disappoint you, well worth the money.

Don’t waste your money
Not worth getting only had this since the end of October now it’s the beginning of the year and the screen is messed up update. They sent me a replacement claim and there was some kind of physical damage. Wonder what not they sent me another one, but it wasn’t the right 8GB ram is where I ordered, but they sent me a 4GB ram this place is a scam

Seller made up for faulty computer
Edit - contacted seller again about constant problems, they offered to replace it, mailed it back and they were able to fix whatever was causing problems. No issues since. Bought this for my daughter’s birthday, sadly I bought it early and missed the return date. The very first time it shut down just after setting it up and wouldn’t turn on- had to google a hard reset for a computer that was off. Now it just keeps shutting down, pausing for a “critical update” that never starts, and sometimes audio just skips and repeats until force shut down.

Awesome chromebook
Package arrived by free 4 to 8 am next morning shipping. Packaging was just fine. The Chromebook was packaged well and secure. Chromebook body is excellent. No scratches, dents, dings. Chromebook screen also excellent. No scratches or marks. Chromebook and screen is flawless. ChromeOS works fine. It is nice to have a backlit keyboard which is hard to find. I am very happy with my purchase :)

I love my Notebook Laptop. It has everything I need and more.
I had a computer friend suggest I get a Notebook laptop because he has had his for many years and still going strong. He says they last longer with fewer issues. All I know is I got a good deal for the price. Its very fast and works amazing. I do not have any of the issues I was experiencing with my previous laptop

Great buy (on sale).
This is the fantastic Chromebook with everything you would need. Between the Matt anti-Glare screen, sizable amount of memory, decent CPU for a Chromebook and a fairly good quality webcam. This Chromebook really does everything you would need it to. Again by no means is it a full laptop. But then again if you're looking for a Chromebook you're not looking for the full capabilities of a laptop.
