This lighting set was excellent quality. It worked perfectly out of the box and the remote control worked over a surprisingly long distance (at least 20 metres and through a garage wall). The bulbs are much more robust than I expected. My only complaint (though I'm not sure how this could be improved) is the amount of time and patience that it took to unravel the set out of the box. Good value for money and impressive looking. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent quality lights. I had a set of 2 that I connected together and left them out in my garden in the UK for several years in all weathers. Lasted really well and the remote worked from inside the house so I could easily switch them on and off. Lovely warm light and good dimmable settings.

I've purchased this item three times now, so I feel like I can give a really honest review. Overall, the product quality is just okay, you get what you pay for. The brightness of the light is great, but there are a few things you should consider before buying. Waterproof: ⭐⭐⭐ A lot of buyers complain that it's not waterproof, which isn't entirely fair. It's only rated IP45, so it's splashproof, not meant for heavy weather exposure. The product description might be a bit misleading in this regard. Considering it's IP45, it works pretty well. After 20 months of use, about one-sixth of the light bulbs have stopped working. Some other bulbs still work even though they have water in them. Remote Control: ⭐⭐⭐ The remote itself works perfectly fine. I've placed the adapter inside my garden shed, and I can control it from inside my house without any issues, even behind the patio door, about 6 meters away from the shed. The only problem is that the adapter itself isn't reliable, which is why I've had to buy this item three times to replace the faulty adapter. After Sales Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the standout reason I'm revising my feedback. The seller reached out proactively after seeing my complaint about the adapter issue. They were incredibly patient, listened to me, and understood the situation. They tried their best to resolve it, even exploring alternative solutions I suggested. They even sent a spare adapter, though that one quickly went out of order too. Ultimately, the seller sent me another set without the remote control, and I now use a smart plug to control the light, which works perfectly for me. In conclusion, while the product itself may be just okay, the excellent after-sales service from the seller makes up for it.

Perfect for our 6x3m gazebo. Provided lots of light for a Halloween party without being too bright. Very simple plug and go connection with optional extender at the end. Looks very nice, and built out of abs plastic making them very durable.

Great addition to my garden. They can be dimmed, flashing or breathing. I can see in my garden in the dark. Beautiful, decorative and useful. The remote control makes changes easy from the warmth of my lounge. I absolutely love them

I am very dissatisfied with the Yuusei String Lights Remote Controlled. Here’s why it earns just one star: Poor Build Quality: The build quality of these lights is subpar. After just a few days of use, several bulbs have already burned out, and the overall construction feels flimsy. Unreliable Remote Control: The remote control is very unresponsive and inconsistent. Often, it takes multiple presses to get a response, and sometimes it doesn't work at all, which is very frustrating. Weak Illumination: The lights are not as bright as advertised. They barely illuminate the area, making them unsuitable for properly lighting outdoor spaces. Short Lifespan: Despite claiming to be waterproof and durable, the lights started malfunctioning after a light rain. This clearly indicates that they are not built to last, even in moderate outdoor conditions. Complicated Setup: The setup process was more complicated than expected. The instructions were unclear, and it took a lot of trial and error to get the lights working. Inconsistent Lighting: The string lights have inconsistent brightness levels. Some sections are dimmer than others, creating an uneven and unattractive lighting effect. Overpriced for Quality: Considering the poor performance and quality, these lights are overpriced. They do not provide good value for the money, and I regret purchasing them. Overall, the Yuusei String Lights have been a huge letdown in terms of quality, functionality, and durability. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable outdoor lighting solutions.
