I only needed one pair of these but they worked just fine. For a custom overhead door light that I made using 1" square aluminum tubing and wanted the ends to look more finished. Quick and easy.

Fit perfect in 1” od .065 aluminum tubing

Great for capping 25mm aluminium square section tube. Make sure you file any sharp leading edges on your tube or it can cut the fins off of the caps when inserting. I have been manufacturing in my garage which can be quite cold at times. Beware that the fins will snap off if installed in cold temperatures. I found gently warming them with a heat gun really helped and using a block of wood to create an even pressure when hitting with a hammer made them install centrally.
